Claims (15)
- 基材層;
前記基材層の上面に形成され、アクリルバインダー及び前記アクリルバインダー100重量部に対して5乃至60重量部の耐衝撃ピラーを含む耐衝撃ピラー層;
前記耐衝撃ピラー層の上面及び前記基材層の下面にそれぞれ形成された第1及び第2粘着層;及び
前記第2粘着層の下面に形成された異形層;を含み、
前記耐衝撃ピラー層の耐衝撃ピラーは複数の中空微粒子を含むことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。 - 前記中空微粒子は、全体100重量部に対して、15乃至40重量部の単量体を含む熱可塑性素材からなり中空部を有する第1コーティング膜を含む請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。
- 前記中空微粒子は、全体100重量部に対して、50乃至80重量部の炭酸カルシウム(calcium carbonate)を含み前記第1コーティング膜の周りに配された第2コーティング膜をさらに含む請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。
- 前記第1コーティング膜の単量体は、前記中空微粒子100重量部に対して、15乃至40重量部のアクリロニトリル(acrylonitrile)とメタクリレートリン酸塩(Phosphate methacrylate)及びアルカリストリッパブルポリエステルアクリレート(Alkali strippable polyester acrylate)のうち少なくとも一つを含む共重合体(copolymer)である請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。
- 前記基材層と耐衝撃ピラー層のうちいずれか一つ以上は黒色に着色されることができ、前記黒色着色剤はカーボンブラックまたは硫黄化鉄のうち少なくとも一つ以上を含む請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。
- 前記中空微粒子は、全体100重量部に対して、1乃至10重量部の2−メチルブタン(2−methyl butane)と1乃至10重量部の2−メチルプロパン(2−methyl propane)を含む液相炭化水素;
15乃至40重量部のアクリロニトリル(acrylonitrile)とメタクリレートリン酸塩(Phosphate methacrylate)及びアルカリストリッパブルポリエステルアクリレート(Alkali strippable polyester acrylate)のうち少なくとも一つを含む共重合体(copolymer)を含む熱可塑性素材からなり、前記液相炭化水素を取り囲むように形成された第1コーティング膜;及び
50乃至80重量部の炭酸カルシウム(calcium carbonate)からなり、前記第1コーティング膜を取り囲むように形成された第2コーティング膜;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープ。 - 基材層を黒色に着色する段階;
前記基材層の上面にアクリルバインダー及び複数の中空微粒子を有する耐衝撃ピラーを含むペーストを塗布して耐衝撃ピラー層を形成する段階;
前記耐衝撃ピラー層の上面及び前記基材層の下面に第1及び第2粘着層をそれぞれ形成する段階;及び
前記第2粘着層の下面に異形層を形成する段階;を含み、
前記中空微粒子は、
全体100重量部に対して、水に2乃至20重量部の液相炭化水素及び分散剤を投入して水素分散体を設ける段階;
前記水素分散体に中空微粒子の全体100重量部に対して15乃至40重量部の単量体を投入して炭化水素の周りに第1コーティング膜を形成して微粒子結晶体を設ける段階;
前記微粒子結晶体を加熱して前記炭化水素を除去して未展開されたマイクロスフェア(unexpanded microsphere)を形成する段階;及び
前記未展開されたマイクロスフェアを加熱して前記第1コーティング膜を膨張させ展開されたマイクロスフェア(expanded microsphere)を設ける段階;によって製造されるタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。 - 前記中空微粒子は、前記展開されたマイクロスフェアの前記第1コーティング膜の周りに中空微粒子の全体100重量部に対して50乃至80重量部の炭酸カルシウムを含む第2コーティング膜を配置する段階をさらに含んで製造される請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記水素分散体を設ける段階において、前記液相炭化水素は、中空微粒子の全体100重量部に対して1乃至10重量部の2−メチルブタンと1乃至10重量部の2−メチルプロパンを含む請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記水素分散体を設ける段階において、前記分散剤は、界面活性剤である請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記微粒子結晶体を設ける段階において、前記単量体は、中空微粒子の全体100重量部に対して15乃至40重量部のアクリロニトリル及びその他のアクリルの共重合体である請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記展開されたマイクロスフェアを設ける段階は、前記未展開されたマイクロスフェアを170乃至190℃で加熱する請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記第2コーティング膜を形成する段階は、
前記展開されたマイクロスフェアと前記炭酸カルシウムを反応機に入れ、130乃至150℃の温度で空気を注入して前記反応機の内部に浮遊させる段階;及び
前記展開されたマイクロスフェアの前記第1コーティング膜の外壁に前記炭酸カルシウムがつき込まれて第2コーティング膜を形成する段階;を含む請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。 - 前記基材層を黒色に着色する段階において、黒色着色剤としてカーボンブラックまたは硫黄化鉄のうち少なくとも一つ以上を使用する請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
- 前記耐衝撃ピラー層を形成する段階において、前記耐衝撃ピラーは、前記アクリルバインダー100重量部に対して5乃至60重量部が含まれる請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用両面テープの製造方法。
