Abstract
Description
[R1R2R3N−R4]+Q−
を有するものが挙げられ、式中、R1及びR2は独立して、1−3個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビルアルキル基及びヒドロキシ置換ヒドロカルビル基から選択される、ただし、R1及びR2は連結して、窒素含有ヘテロ環式構造を形成してもよいことを条件とし、R3は2−4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、R4はそれぞれ1−3個の炭素原子を有する1−3つのアルキル基で置換されていてもよい4−8員シクロアルキル基、及び1−3個のヘテロ原子を有する4−8員ヘテロ環基から選択され、前記ヘテロ環基はそれぞれ1−3個の炭素原子を有する1−3つのアルキル基で置換されていてもよく、前記ヘテロ環基中のその若しくはそれぞれのヘテロ原子はO、N、及びSからなる群より選択され、又はR3及びR4は1−3個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビル基であり、連結して、窒素含有ヘテロ環式構造を形成し、Q−はアニオンである。好適な構造指向剤としては、N,N,N−ジメチルエチルシクロヘキシルアンモニウム(DMECHA)、N,N,N−メチルジエチルシクロヘキシルアンモニウム、及びN,N,N−トリエチルシクロヘキシルアンモニウムカチオンが挙げられる。他の好適なSDAとしては、ベンジルトリメチルアンモニウム、テトラメチルアンモニウム及び1−アダマンチルトリメチルアンモニウム(TMAda)、及びN,N,N−トリエチルシクロヘキシルアンモニウムカチオンが挙げられる。いくつかの実施態様において、第2のSDAはDMECHAである。
本明細書に記載されている混合鋳型ワンポット合成手順によって得られた触媒は、単一鋳型合成によって得られたものに比べて著しく改善された属性を示す。
ナトリウム不含合成経路は、鋳型比及び全鋳型とシリカ比を改変することによって達成することができる。表2に示す合成混合物を使用する点以外は実施例1の一般工程を用いて、ナトリウム不含JMZ−3を調製した。
Claims (23)
- CHAフレームワーク構造を有し、シリカとアルミナのモル比SARが約25〜約150であり、ゼオライトのキャビティ及びチャンネル内に均一に分散されたin−situ遷移金属を有する合成ゼオライトを含む組成物。
- 銅を含有し、CHAフレームワーク構造を有し、SARが約25〜約150であり、単位格子体積が約2355〜約2375Å3である合成ゼオライトを含む組成物。
- 遷移金属が銅及び鉄から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- ゼオライトが少なくとも95重量%の相純度を有する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- ゼオライトが約0.05〜約5重量パーセントの銅を含有する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- ゼオライトが、均一に分布されたイオン性銅を含有する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- ゼオライトが、ゼオライトの全重量に対して5重量パーセント未満のCuOを含有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- CHAフレームワーク構造を有し、SARが約25〜約150であり、ゼオライトの全重量に対して約0.1〜約5重量パーセントの非フレームワーク銅を含有する合成ゼオライトを含む触媒組成物であって、ゼオライトが少なくとも95重量%の相純度を有し、ゼオライトの全重量に対して5重量パーセント未満のCuOを含有する、触媒組成物。
- ゼオライトが合成後交換銅を含まない、請求項8に記載の触媒組成物。
- (a)少なくとも1つのアルミナ供給源、(b)少なくとも1つのシリカ供給源、(c)遷移金属−アミン有機鋳型剤、(d)種結晶、及び(e)別の第2の有機鋳型剤を含む反応混合物を調製することであって、第1及び第2の鋳型剤はそれぞれ、CHAフレームワーク構造を形成するのに適しており、反応混合物はフッ素を実質的に含まないこと、並びに
反応混合物を結晶化条件で十分な時間加熱し、CHAフレームワークを有し、少なくとも25のSARを有し、遷移金属を含有するゼオライト結晶を形成すること
を含む、ゼオライトを合成するための方法。 - 遷移金属の大部分が、結晶化ゼオライトに分散されたイオン性金属である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 遷移金属−アミン有機鋳型剤が個々の金属及びアミン成分からの反応混合物中にin−situで形成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 遷移金属−アミン有機鋳型剤がCu−TEPAである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第2の有機鋳型剤がDMECHAである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトが約30〜約120のSARを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトが約0.05〜約5重量パーセントのイオン性銅を含有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトを洗浄し、乾燥し、か焼して、Cu−CHA触媒を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- Cu−CHA触媒が、少なくとも約95重量%の相純度を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- ハニカムモノリス基材上及び/又は内に配置されている請求項1に記載の触媒組成物を含む、排ガスを処理するための触媒物品。
- NOx及び/又はNH3を含む燃焼排ガスと請求項19に記載の触媒物品を接触させて、NOxの少なくとも一部をN2及びH2Oに選択的に還元し、かつ/又はNH3の少なくとも一部を酸化することを含む、排ガスを処理するための方法。
- 触媒がナトリウムを実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 反応混合物がナトリウムを実質的に含まない、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ハニカムモノリス基材上及び/又は内に配置されている請求項21に記載の触媒組成物を含む、排ガスを処理するための触媒物品。
