Claims (14)
- 電気導体(4)を有し、前記導体を囲むシリコーンシース(10)を有し、および前記導体(4)と前記シリコーンシース(10)との間に配置された分離層(8)を有するケーブル(2)であって、前記分離層(8)が、前記シリコーンシース(10)の材料と比較して前記導体(4)に対しより低い付着力を有するシリコーン材料から作製されることを特徴とするケーブル(2)。
- 前記分離層(8)が前記シリコーンシース(10)に一体的に接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記シリコーン材料が前記シリコーンシース(10)より高い密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記シリコーン材料が約1.5から1.8g/cm3までの範囲内の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 少なくとも1種類の充填材(9)が前記シリコーン材料に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記充填材(9)が鉱物物質であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記充填材(9)が二酸化ケイ素またはケイ酸を有することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記シリコーン材料中の充填材(9)の割合が、最小で10重量パーセントおよび最大で70重量パーセントであり、好ましくは最小で30重量パーセントおよび最大で60重量パーセントであることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記シリコーン材料および/または前記シリコーンシースが、ジオルガノ(ポリ)シロキサンベースのシリコーンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記導体(4)がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- 前記導体(4)が撚られた導体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)。
- シリコーン材料から作製された分離層(8)が前記導体(4)と前記シリコーンシース(10)の間に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル(2)を製造する方法。
- 前記分離層(8)が押出しプロセスで適用されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分離層(8)が前記シリコーンシース(10)と一緒に共押出しされることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
