Description

組成物の全重量の7%〜13%の含有量で存在し、ISO規格1133[230℃,2.16kg]に従って400g/10分より大きい制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレン、及び
組成物の全重量の2%〜8%の含有量で存在し、無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマー
を接触させることを特徴とする組成物の製造方法に関する。
主にポリプロピレンを含有する生成物とISO規格1133[230℃,2.16kg]に従って400g/10分より大きい制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレンとを接触させる工程、及び
無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマーを添加する工程
を含む。
85%の9g/10分の流動性を有するホモポリマーポリプロピレン、10%の高流動性ホモポリマーポリプロピレン及び5%の無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたSEBSを押し出し機に導入して組成物を得た。次いで、押し出された物質を粒状にした。
87.5%の9g/10分の流動性を有するホモポリマーポリプロピレン及び12.5%の高流動性ホモポリマーポリプロピレンを押し出し機に導入して対照組成物を得た。次いで、押し出された物質を粒状にした。その物質のサンプルを上述と同様のプロトコルに従って分析した。FTIR分光分析の結果は1700から1800cm−1のマレイン酸の(C=O)結合に特徴的な強いピークを示さない。

Claims (13)
- 以下の3成分:
組成物の全重量の82%〜88%の含有量で存在し、ISO規格1133(230℃,2.16kg)に従って10g/10分未満の制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレンを主として含有する生成物、
組成物の全重量の7%〜13%の含有量で存在し、ISO規格1133(230℃,2.16kg)に従って400g/10分より大きい制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレン、及び
組成物の全重量の2%〜8%の含有量で存在し、無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマー
を接触させることを特徴とする組成物の製造方法。 - 以下の順序で実行される2つの工程:
主にポリプロピレンを含有する生成物とISO規格1133(230℃,2.16kg)に従って400g/10分より大きい制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレンとを接触させる工程、及び
無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマーを添加する工程
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 主にポリプロピレンを含有する生成物とISO規格1133(230℃,2.16kg)に従って400g/10分より大きい制御された流動性を有するポリプロピレンとを接触させて第1の混合物を得、無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマーを第2段階においてこの第1の混合物に添加する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマーがスチレン−エチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SEBS)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成分を押し出し機中で接触させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成分を可塑化スクリュー中で接触させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 主にポリプロピレンを含有する生成物が前記生成物の全重量の5%〜10%の間のポリエチレンを含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 主にポリプロピレンを含有する生成物が少なくとも部分的にリサイクルにより得られる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくともポリプロピレンとポリエチレンとマレイン酸とを含有し、ISO規格1133(230℃,2.16kg)に従って30g/10分より大きいか等しい制御された流動性を有することを特徴とする組成物。
- 前記組成物が組成物の全重量の少なくとも0.2%の無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリマーを含有する、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 組成物のポリエチレン及び少なくとも一部のポリプロピレンがリサイクルにより得られる、請求項9又は10に記載の組成物。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物で製造される自動車部品。
- 前記部品が自動車のための車体部品の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項12に記載の部品。
