Claims (14)
- 混合流体中の少なくとも1つの化合物を定量的に検出するセンサシステムであって、前記混合流体は検出すべき化合物を含み、前記センサシステムは、
検出すべき少なくとも1つの化合物を吸着できる吸着剤であって、前記少なくとも1つの化合物を吸着すると温度変化する吸着剤と、
前記吸着剤の温度を測定する少なくとも1つの第1の温度センサと、
前記吸着剤の温度変化に基づき、検出すべき少なくとも1つの化合物を定量的に決定し、前記定量的に決定される少なくとも1つの化合物の結果に応じて、酸素分離装置を動的に制御するように適応された制御部とを有する、センサシステム。 - 前記混合流体の温度を測定する第2の温度センサをさらに有し、前記制御部は、前記混合流体の温度変化に対する前記吸着剤の温度変化に基づいて、検出すべき少なくとも1つの化合物を定量的に決定するように適応される、
請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。 - 前記吸着剤は前記第1の温度センサの表面に設けられる、

前記吸着剤の温度を測定するステップと、
前記吸着剤の温度変化に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの化合物を定量的に検出するステップと、
前記定量的に検出された少なくとも1つの化合物の結果に応じて前記酸素分離装置を動的に制御するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの化合物は、前記混合流体の温度変化に対する前記吸着剤の温度変化に基づいて定量的に検出される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、酸素含有ガスから酸素を分離する方法の一部である、
請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの化合物がPressure Swing Adsorption(PSA)サイクルの平衡フェーズ中に検出される、請求項11ないし13いずれか一項に記載の方法。
