Claims (9)
- 酸素濃縮ガスを発生する酸素濃縮器であって、
酸素含有ガス中の窒素を定量的に検出するセンサシステムであって、前記ガスは窒素を含み、前記センサシステムは、
検出すべき窒素を吸着できるゼオライトであって、前記窒素を吸着すると温度変化するゼオライトと、
前記ゼオライトの温度を測定する少なくとも1つの第1の温度センサと、
前記ガスの温度を測定する第2の温度センサと、
前記ガスの温度変化に対する前記ゼオライトの温度変化に基づき、検出すべき窒素を定量的に決定し、前記定量的に決定される窒素の結果に応じて、酸素分離装置を動的に制御するように適応された制御部とを有する、
酸素濃縮器。 - 前記ゼオライトは前記第1の温度センサの表面に設けられる、
請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮器。 - 前記第1の温度センサはサーミスターまたはサーモカップルを含む、
請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮器。 - 前記第2の温度センサはサーミスター又はサーモカップルを含む、
請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮器。 - 前記ゼオライトを加熱する加熱装置が設けられる、
請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮器。 - 前記センサシステムのゼオライトは平衡管に設けられる、
請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮器。 - 酸素含有ガス中の窒素を定量的に検出することにより酸素分離装置を制御する方法であって、前記ガスは窒素を含み、前記方法は、
窒素をゼオライトに吸着するステップであって、前記ゼオライトは前記窒素を吸着するとき温度変化をする、ステップと、
前記ゼオライトの温度を測定するステップと、
前記ガスの温度変化に対する前記ゼオライトの温度変化に基づいて前記窒素を定量的に検出するステップと、
前記定量的に検出された窒素の結果に応じて前記酸素分離装置を動的に制御するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記方法は、前記酸素含有ガスから酸素を分離する方法の一部である、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 窒素がPressure Swing Adsorption(PSA)サイクルの平衡フェーズ中に検出される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
