Claims (8)
- 吸着により酸素富化ガスのフローを生成するための酸素分離装置であって、
酸素含有ガスが酸素分離器内にガイドされる側である、前記酸素分離器の一次側を通じて、前記酸素分離装置の外へ使用されたパージ用ガスを有する排出ガスをガイドするための排出管に接続され、前記酸素含有ガスから酸素を分離するための少なくとも1つの酸素分離器と、
前記排出管に設けられる、前記排出ガスの酸素濃度を決定するための酸素センサと、
前記酸素分離装置の二次側の外へ前記酸素富化ガスのフローをガイドするための出口管に設けられる、前記酸素富化ガスの酸素濃度を決定するための他の酸素センサと、
前記酸素センサ及び前記他の酸素センサによって決定されるデータに基づいて、前記酸素分離器が周期的な定常状態で動作しているかを決定し、前記周期的な定常状態は、前記酸素分離器に格納される酸素の量の変化が一定であることを示し、並びに前記周期的な定常状態の動作の決定に基づいて、酸素を分離する期間及びパージする期間、前記一次側と前記二次側との間の圧力差、並びに各ガスのフローレートを調整するように制御するための制御装置と、
を有する、酸素分離装置。 - 前記酸素含有ガスのフローを前記酸素分離器内にガイドするための入口管に設けられる、前記酸素含有ガスの酸素濃度を決定するための第2の他の酸素センサをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の酸素分離装置。
- 前記酸素分離装置は、携帯用機器として形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の酸素分離装置。
- 前記酸素センサは、光センサを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の酸素分離装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記酸素分離装置を手動制御するための入力ユニットを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の酸素分離装置。
- 酸素富化ガスのフローを生成するために吸着により酸素含有ガスから酸素を分離する方法であって、前記方法は、
酸素分離器の一次側に酸素含有ガスをガイドし、前記酸素分離器の一次側と、前記生成される酸素富化ガスが前記酸素分離器の外へガイドされる側である、前記酸素分離器の二次側との間に圧力差を作ることによって、前記酸素分離器を通じて酸素のフローを生成する酸素分離ステップを実行するステップと、
前記酸素分離ステップの前又は後に、前記二次側から前記一次側へ前記酸素分離器を通じてパージ用ガスをガイドするとともに、排出管を通じて使用されたパージ用ガスを有する排出ガスをガイドすることによって、前記酸素分離器をパージするステップと、
前記排出管における、前記排出ガスの酸素濃度を決定するステップと、
出口管における、前記酸素富化ガスの酸素濃度を決定するステップと、
前記排出管における前記排出ガスの前記決定された酸素濃度及び前記出口管における前記酸素富化ガスの前記決定された酸素濃度に基づいて、前記酸素分離器が周期的な定常状態で動作しているかを決定し、前記周期的な定常状態は、前記酸素分離器に格納される酸素の量の変化が一定であることを示し、並びに前記周期的な定常状態の動作の決定に基づいて、酸素を分離する期間及びパージする期間、前記一次側と前記二次側との間の圧力差、並びに各ガスのフローレートを調整するように制御するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 入口管における、前記酸素含有ガスの酸素濃度を決定するステップをさらに有し、さらに前記入口管における前記酸素含有ガスの前記決定された酸素濃度に基づいて、前記制御するステップを実行する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記排出管におけるガス濃度は、パージ段階に亘って、測定及び平均化される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
