Claims (1)
- 原料ガスの供給を受け、該原料ガス中の不純物
を吸着除去する複数の吸着塔と、該吸着塔の入口
および出口の導管途中に設けられる吸着塔の入口
切換弁および出口切換弁と、該吸着塔へ再生ガス
を供給する導管および排気する導管途中に設けら
れる再生ガスの供給切換弁および排気切換弁と、
該吸着塔の出口の導管を連通する導管の途中に設
けられるバイパス弁とを有するものにおいて、前
記再生ガスとして酸素を多く含むガスを用い、前
記再生ガスを排気する導管内の排気ガス中に含ま
れる酸素濃度を検出し予定の濃度以下になつたと
き弁操作信号を出力する酸素分析計を設け、再生
中の吸着塔内の不純物脱着後、前記バイパス弁を
開いて再生中の吸着塔内のガスを不純物除去後の
精製ガスに置換する工程において、前記酸素分析
計からの弁操作信号により、再生中の吸着塔側の
前記排気切換弁を閉じることを特徴とする吸着塔
再生装置。
