において、空気中の炭酸ガス、水分等の除去を行
う前処理塔と窒素ガスを吸着する吸着塔との間に
、吸着剤を充填した副吸着塔を設けたことを特徴
とする圧力変動式空気分離装置。 2 前記吸着剤は、酸素ガス成分よりも窒素ガス
成分を選択的に多く吸着する合成ゼオライトであ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の圧力変動式空気分離装置。 3 前記副吸着塔は、空気導入部の対向側に排出
弁を備えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の圧力変動式空気
分離装置。
