Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高分子分離膜４により高圧領域と低圧領域とに
    隔てられた膜ハウジング１内に除湿前の高圧ガス
    を供給して、高圧領域側の膜面に沿つて通過させ
    た後に膜ハウジング１外へ排出し、その膜ハウジ
    ング１外に排出された除湿後ガスの一部を膜ハウ
    ジング１内の低圧領域側に供給して、低圧領域の
    パージを行うようにした除湿装置において、 前記除湿後ガスの一部を低圧領域に導くパージ
    通路１２中に乾燥剤１７を介在させ、その乾燥剤
    １７を通過した吸着除湿後ガスを低圧領域に供給
    してパージを行うようにしたことを特徴とする除
    湿装置。
