Claims (1)
- 高分子浸透膜９により高圧領域と低圧領域とに
隔てられた膜ハウジング８内へ膜ハウジング８外
から高圧領域側の膜面に沿つて除湿前のガスを供
給すると共に、膜ハウジング８外へ排出する除湿
装置において、膜ハウジング８をケース１，２内
に収容し、ケース１，２には前記低圧領域に連通
するパージ通路を設け、パージ通路の外部出口に
はサイレンサを組み付けたことを特徴とする除湿
装置。
