Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate water vapor by providing hollow threads on the surface wherein nonporous material consisting of acrylate containing fluorine is formed in the casing provided with an air taking-in opening, and furnishing taking-out openings respectively to the permeating side and to the nonpermeating side of membrane material. CONSTITUTION:Air is supplied from the air taking-in opening 12 into the casing 11, and the air exists between a supporting body 18 and an air intercepting wall 19. Water vapor is permeated and separated through porous hollow threads 16 on the outer surface wherein nonporous material consisting of acrylate containing fluorine is formed. A high humidity air is taken out from a 1st taking-out opening 13 through the inner parts of the hollow threads 16 and a flowing-out chamber 11c, while nonpermeating air is taken out as a low humidity air from a 2nd taking-out opening 14 through connecting openings 18a.
