Claims (1)
- ハウジング１，２，３内に高分子浸透膜からな
る多数本の中空糸膜４を束ねて収容し、中空糸膜
４の内部を高圧領域Ｓ１とすると共に、中空糸膜
４の外面近傍領域を低圧領域Ｓ２とし、ハウジン
グ１，２，３外から高圧領域Ｓ１へ除湿前の圧縮
エアを供給すると共に、ハウジング１，２，３外
へ取り出し、中空糸膜４の入口端部側の外面近傍
領域に対応するハウジング１，２，３の部位には
大気を導入すると共に、中空糸膜４の出口端部側
の外面近傍領域から入口端部側の外面近傍領域に
向かつて外部へ排出する掃気機構８あるいは９を
設け、高圧領域Ｓ１と低圧領域Ｓ２との間には中
空糸膜４の出口端部側の外面近傍領域から中空糸
膜４の入口端部側の外面近傍に向けて高圧領域Ｓ
１内の除湿エアの一部を送るためのパージ通路６
ａを設けた除湿装置。
