Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハウジング内に高分子浸透膜からなる多数本
    の中空糸膜を束ねて収容し、中空糸膜の内部を高
    圧領域とすると共に、中空糸膜の外面近傍領域を
    低圧領域とし、ハウジング外からの高圧領域へ除
    湿前の圧縮エアを供給すると共に、ハウジング外
    へ取り出し、高圧領域と低圧領域との間には中空
    糸膜の外面に沿つて高圧領域内の除湿エアの一部
    を送るためのパージ通路をハウジングに組み込み
    形成したことを特徴とする除湿装置。 ２ 除湿された圧縮エアの出口通路上には流量に
    よつて変位する流量制御弁を介在した実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の除湿装置。 ３ ハウジングには低圧領域を減圧するための減
    圧機構を組み込んだ実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の除湿装置。 ４ パージ通路上には通過断面積制御機構を介在
    し、露点割り出しセンサの検出結果に基づいて通
    過断面積制御機構を作動制御する実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の除湿装置。 ５ 束ねられた中空糸膜の側面を包囲してハウジ
    ングを構成する円筒をフレキシブル部材で形成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の除湿装
    置。
