- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 機体内に多数の膜モジユールを設け、該膜モ
ジユール内に供給する高湿のガスと、膜モジユー
ル周囲の空間のパージガスとの水蒸気モル分率差
に基づく浸透圧によつて、高湿ガス中の水分を分
離するガス除湿機において、 上記膜モジユール周囲の空間を負圧源に接続し
た、 ことを特徴とするガス除湿機。 ２ 機体の入口側に冷凍式ドライヤを接続し、膜
モジユール周囲の空間を減圧部を介して上記冷凍
式ドライヤの出口側に接続した、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載したガス除湿機
。 ３ 膜モジユール周囲の空間を、減圧部を介して
冷凍式ドライヤと空気圧縮機に直列に接続した、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載したガス除湿機
