Claims (1)
- 吸着性物質を充填しブロワによる送入空気から
酸素ガスを分離送出可能な吸着塔と、その空気か
ら分離された酸素ガスを貯えるレシーバタンクと
からなる酸素製造装置に連設され、酸素濃度計と
上限と下限を設定できる圧力スイツチが附設され
レシーバタンクからの酸素濃度が一定値をこえた
後の酸素ガスを蓄積する調整タンクと、気体圧縮
機と、圧力スイツチが附設された高圧タンクとを
この順に管で接続し、調整タンクの圧力が所定上
限と下限の間にあるとき及び調整タンク内の酸素
濃度が所定値以上にあるときのみ圧縮機を駆動可
能としたことを特徴とする酸素製造用昇圧装置。
