けられるバイパス弁とを有するものにおいて、前
記再生ガスとして酸素を多く含むガスを用い、前
記再生ガスを排気する導管内の排気ガス中に含ま
れる酸素濃度を検出し予定の濃度以下になつたと
き弁操作信号を出力する酸素分析計を設け、再生
中の吸着塔内の不純物脱着後、前記バイパス弁を
開いて再生中の吸着塔内のガスを不純物除去後の
精製ガスに置換する工程において、前記酸素分析
計からの弁操作信号により、再生中の吸着塔側の
前記排気切換弁を閉じることを特徴とする吸着塔
