Abstract
Aparato de fraccionamiento de gases para reducir la concentración de uno o más primeros gases en una mezcla de los mismos con un segundo gas hasta por debajo de una concentración límite máxima del mismo en el segundo gas, haciendo pasar la mezcla en contacto con y desde un extremo a otro de uno de dos lechos de un sorbente que tiene una afinidad preferencial para el primer gas, adsorber el primer gas en el mismo para formar un afluente gaseoso que tiene una concentración del mismo por debajo del máximo y formar un gradiente de concentración del primer gas en el lecho que disminuye progresivamente desde un extremo al otro a medida que la adsorción continua y una concentración creciente del primer gas en el lecho que define un frente de concentración que avanza progresivamente en el lecho desde un extremo a otro a medida que disminuye la capacidad sorbente del mismo.
