Description
Claims (4)
- 弁孔及びこの弁孔の長手方向中間部に連通されるバイパス路が形成されたハウジングと、前記弁孔に連通されるオイル導入室とバイパス路との連通を開閉するように前記弁孔内に軸線方向に摺動自在に嵌合されて同弁孔内の両端部にスプール後部室とオイルポンプからの作動油が導入されるスプール頭部室を形成するとともに前記バイパス路との連通が閉じられる前記スプール頭部室側に向かう向きに付勢されたスプールと、前記ハウジングの前記スプール頭部室側に一体的に設けられた部材に前記弁孔と同軸的に形成されて前記スプール頭部室を前記ハウジングの送出口に連通する開口と、前記スプールと同軸的に一体的に設けられ前記開口内を隙間をおいて通り抜けて同開口との間にメータリングオリフィスを形成するロッド部と、このロッド部内を軸線方向に通り抜けるように形成されて前記スプール後部室内を前記ハウジングの送出口側に連通する通路を形成するパス路と、前記スプールに内蔵され前記スプール後部室内の高圧を前記バイパス路内に逃がして前記オイルポンプを過負荷より保護するリリーフ機構を備えてなる流量制御装置を製造する方法において、
前記リリーフ機構は、弁ケーシングと、これと一体的に設けられた弁座部材の弁座面に弾性的に押圧された弁体よりなる予め組み立てられたリリーフ弁サブアセンブリとするとともに、前記弁ケーシングには前記弁座部材を設けた側とは反対側に同弁ケーシングの外径よりも小径の先端部を突出して形成し、前記弁ケーシングは、前記スプールの前記スプール後部室側に形成した同弁ケーシングの外径より大径の収容孔内に収容し、前記小径の先端部を、前記弁ケーシング内の前記弁体を収容する空間が前記バイパス路に連通されるように、前記収容孔の底面の中心に形成した取付孔に圧入して取り付け、前記パス路は前記弁ケーシングと収容孔の間に形成される筒状空間を通して前記スプール後部室に連通することを特徴とする流量制御装置の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の製造方法において、前記パス路と前記筒状空間とは前記スプールの取付孔に圧入される前記弁ケーシングの先端部の外周面に形成された連通溝を介して連通したことを特徴とする流量制御装置の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の製造方法において、前記パス路と前記筒状空間とは前記スプール内に形成された連通路を介して連通したことを特徴とする流量制御装置の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の流量制御装置の製造方法において、前記弁孔と摺動自在に嵌合される前記スプールの外周面には、少なくとも前記リリーフ弁サブアセンブリの先端部が圧入される軸線方向範囲に、前記スプールの外径を減少させる肉ぬすみ部を形成したことを特徴とする流量制御装置の製造方法。
