Abstract
Description
2)二次再結晶の発生を満足するための必須条件は、帯鋼の一次再結晶における結晶粒の成長が強く抑制されることであり、高Si鋼が冷間圧延により変形された後、粒界移動の速度の向上に抑制効果がもっと強い抑制剤が必要である。
3)抑制剤は化合物(例えばS化物及びN化物等)でもよく、単体(例えばCu、Sn、B等)でもよい。前者は高温での固溶及び相変態・析出により制御する必要があるが鋳片の高温過熱により結晶粒が粗大化しすぎる場合もある。しかし、高ケイ素鋼はフェライト単相であるので、N化物の微細化析出を制御する相変態窓口がない。一方、単体化合物は一般的に補助抑制剤として使用されており、単独使用による抑制力が不十分で、また基体を固溶強化しやすく、塑性に影響を与える。
Claims (3)
- (1)重量%で、C:0.001~0.003%、Si:5.0~6.6%、Mn:0.2~0.3%、Al:0.05~0.12%、V:0.01~0.04%、Nb:0.03~0.06%、S:0.02~0.03%、N:0.009~0.020%、O≦0.0020%を含有し、残部はFe及び不可避的不純物からなる溶鋼を製錬する工程と、
(2)溶鋼をゲートから、予熱温度が1200~1250℃で、過熱度が20~50℃に制御されたタンディッシュに注入し、溶鋼がタンディッシュを通過してストリップ鋳造機に入り、厚みが1.8~3.0mmである鋳造ストリップを形成するストリップ鋳造工程と、
(3)鋳造ストリップをローラーから出した後、不活性雰囲気の条件下で、50~100℃/sの速度で1000~1050℃まで冷却し、その後、熱間圧延を行い、圧延開始温度が1000~1050℃、圧延仕上げ温度が900~980℃、圧下量が10~15%であり、熱間圧延鋳造ストリップを製造する工程と、
(4)熱間圧延鋳造ストリップを20~30℃/sの速度で550~600℃まで冷却し巻き取り、その後、窒素ガス雰囲気の条件下で、低温熱間圧延/温間圧延を行い、圧延開始温度が760±5℃、圧延仕上げ温度が550~600℃、総圧下量が70~80%であり、温間圧延ストリップを製造する工程と、
(5)温間圧延ストリップを酸洗してスケールを除去し、その後100~200℃で多パスの冷間圧延を行い、総圧下量が60~80%であり、冷間圧延の過程において、時効処理を2~3回行い、時効処理温度が280~320℃、時間が240~300sであり、毎回の時効処理は連続する2パスの冷間圧延の間に行われ、冷間圧延ストリップを得る工程と、
(6)前記冷間圧延ストリップに850±10℃で再結晶焼鈍を行い、時間が120~180sであり、前記再結晶焼鈍は冷間圧延ストリップに窒素水素混合雰囲気の条件下で行い、混合雰囲気の露点は30~60℃であり、その後、MgOコーティングを塗布し、最後に巻き取り、コーティング冷間圧延ストリップを得る工程と、
(7)前記コーティング冷間圧延ストリップを400±10℃の環状炉内に置き、水素ガスを流通させる条件下で、まず30~40℃/hの速度で1000±10℃まで昇温し、そして10~20℃/hの速度で1130±10℃まで昇温し、さらに30~40℃/hの速度で1220~1240℃まで昇温し、20~30h保温して純化焼鈍を行う工程と、
(8)純化焼鈍されたーティング冷間圧延ストリップを素地調整して酸化スケールを除去し、さらに絶縁層を塗布し、その後800±10℃で整地引張焼鈍を行い、最後に650℃以下まで空冷し巻き取り、配向性高ケイ素鋼を得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする配向性高ケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記配向性高ケイ素鋼の厚みは0.10~0.25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配向性高ケイ素鋼の製造方法。
- 前記配向性高ケイ素鋼の磁気特性は、P10/50が0.18~0.62W/kg、P10/400が6.75~9.5W/kg、磁気誘導B8が1.74~1.81T、B8/BS=0.961~0.978であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配向性高ケイ素鋼の製造方法。
