Abstract
Description
実施形態に係るプラグコネクタ及び電源回路遮断装置について説明する。本実施形態では、図1に示すように、電源回路遮断装置として機能するサービスプラグ1を挙げて説明する。サービスプラグ1は、図示しない電気自動車、燃料電池自動車、ハイブリッド車等の車両に搭載され、図2に示すうに、バッテリ等の電源2aから、回転電機等の負荷2bへの電源供給を行うための電源回路2の一部を構成し、この電源回路2を必要に応じて接続(通電、非遮断)、又は、遮断する装置である。例えば、点検整備等の作業時などには、このサービスプラグ1により電源回路2を遮断して非通電状態とし、感電防止等の作業者の安全を確保することができるよう構成される。
次に、実施形態に係るプラグコネクタ20の変形例について説明する。プラグコネクタ20は、編組線21bが各プラグ端子21aを接続する例について説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、図7及び図8に示すように、プラグコネクタ20Aは、重ねバネ21gが、各プラグ端子21aにおける受け端子11との接点とは反対側の端部21mを接続する。例えば、重ねバネ21gは、複数の金属板が隙間をあけて積層され高さ方向から見た場合に長方形状に形成され、奥行方向から見た場合に中間部がS字形状に形成され、両端部が平板形状に形成されている。重ねバネ21gは、両端部にボルト21cを挿入する孔部21kを有する。重ねバネ21gは、ボルト21cにより両端部の孔部21kが各プラグ端子21aのネジ孔21iと共に締結され、各プラグ端子21aを接続する。

Claims (4)
- 電気的接続を行うための受けコネクタに嵌合又は離脱されるハウジングと、
軸方向に沿って前記受けコネクタの受け端子に相互に挿抜される複数の棒状のプラグ端子と、前記複数のプラグ端子における前記受け端子との接点とは反対側の端部を前記プラグ端子の各々が相対的に移動可能に接続する導電性の線状部材と、を有して前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記複数のプラグ端子及び前記線状部材が前記受け端子と共に電源部から負荷への電源供給を行うための電源回路の一部を構成し前記複数のプラグ端子が前記受け端子に接続された状態で前記電源回路を通電させるプラグ端子ユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ。 - 前記線状部材は、
複数の金属線が編みこまれて形成された編組線、又は、複数の金属板が積層されて形成された重ねバネである請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記プラグ端子ユニットは、
前記受け端子との接点とは反対側の端部を前記線状部材に締結する締結部材を有し、前記締結部材の頭部が球面状に形成されており、
前記プラグ端子が前記受け端子に挿入されるときに、前記締結部材の頭部が前記ハウジングの内側に当接する請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 電気的接続を行うための受け端子を有する受けコネクタと、
前記受けコネクタに嵌合又は離脱されるハウジングと、軸方向に沿って前記受けコネクタの受け端子に相互に挿抜される複数の棒状のプラグ端子、及び、前記複数のプラグ端子における前記受け端子との接点とは反対側の端部を前記プラグ端子の各々が相対的に移動可能に接続する導電性の線状部材を有して前記ハウジングに設けられ前記複数のプラグ端子及び前記線状部材が前記受け端子と共に電源部から負荷への電源供給を行うための電源回路の一部を構成し前記複数のプラグ端子が前記受け端子に接続された状態で前記電源回路を通電させるプラグ端子ユニットと、を有するプラグコネクタと、
を備えることを特徴とする電源回路遮断装置。
