Abstract
【解決手段】一対のビード部間に装架されていて複数本のカーカスコード41を含む少なくとも1層のカーカス層4と、トレッド部のカーカス層の外周側に位置していてタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する複数本のベルトコード71を含む単一のベルト層7とを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、ベルト層のベルト幅BWに相当する領域を踏面領域Rtとし、タイヤ最大幅位置よりもタイヤ径方向内側の領域をサイド領域Rsとしたとき、カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードが踏面領域Rtではタイヤラジアル方向に対して傾斜する一方でサイド領域Rsではタイヤラジアル方向に沿って延在しており、カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードとベルト層を構成するベルトコードとが踏面領域Rtで互いに交差している。

Description
各試験タイヤの重量を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほどタイヤ重量が軽いことを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ18×8.5Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧230kPaを充填し、ISOの規定に準拠して、ドラム径2000mmのドラム試験機を用いて転がり抵抗を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほど転がり抵抗が小さいことを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ18×8.5Jのホイールに組み付けて排気量2400ccの車両に装着し、空気圧230kPaの条件下で、操縦安定性についてパネラーによる官能評価を実施した。評価結果は、基準点を5として10段階評価にて示した。この評価値が大きいほど操縦安定性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (6)
- 一対のビード部間に装架されていて複数本のカーカスコードを含む少なくとも1層のカーカス層と、トレッド部の前記カーカス層の外周側に位置していてタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する複数本のベルトコードを含む単一のベルト層とを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ベルト層のベルト幅に相当する領域を踏面領域とし、タイヤ最大幅位置よりもタイヤ径方向内側の領域をサイド領域としたとき、前記カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードが前記踏面領域ではタイヤラジアル方向に対して傾斜する一方で前記サイド領域ではタイヤラジアル方向に沿って延在しており、前記カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードと前記ベルト層を構成するベルトコードとが前記踏面領域で互いに交差していることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記カーカス層のタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が、前記ベルト層のベルト幅の中央80%に相当する踏面中央領域では10°〜75°の範囲にあると共に、前記ベルト層の端部よりもタイヤ幅方向外側に向かうにつれて漸増し、前記サイド領域では85°〜90°の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層のタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が15°〜45°であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 少なくとも前記踏面領域における前記カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードの幅50mm当たりの打ち込み本数が20本〜70本であり、前記カーカスコードの直径が0.2mm〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス層と前記ベルト層の間に0.2mm〜2.0mmの厚さを有する中間ゴム層が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層のタイヤ径方向外側にベルト補強層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
