Description
Claims (11)
- 長手方向に沿って転走面を有する軌道部材と、前記転走面を転がる多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられて当該軌道部材に沿って移動自在であると共に、前記転動体の無限循環路を有する移動部材と、を備えた転がり案内装置の状態診断方法であって、
前記移動部材に取り付けた振動センサを用いて前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の相対的な振動変位を検出する一方、前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の移動速度を検出し、
これら検出結果に基づいて前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の走行状態を診断することを特徴とする転がり案内装置の状態診断方法。 - 前記移動部材の移動速度に基づいて当該移動部材の振動変位の閾値を決定した後、
前記振動センサの検出信号と前記閾値とを比較し、当該振動センサの検出信号が前記閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の走行状態に異常があると判断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断方法。 - 前記閾値は前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の移動速度と比例関係にあることを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断方法。
- 前記移動部材に取り付けた近接センサを用いて前記無限循環路内を移動する転動体を計数し、かかる計数結果に基づいて前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の移動速度を検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断方法。
- 前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の走行状態に異常があると判断した場合、当該転がり案内装置に対する潤滑剤の供給を行い、供給完了後に再び前記振動センサの検出信号の読み込み及び前記閾値の決定を行い、当該振動センサの検出信号が前記閾値よりも大きい場合には、潤滑剤の供給不良又は前記軌道部材の転走面の不良を判断することを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断方法。
- 長手方向に沿って転走面を有する軌道部材と、前記転走面を転がる多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられて当該軌道部材に沿って移動自在であると共に、前記転動体の無限循環路を有する移動部材と、を備えた転がり案内装置の状態診断システムであって、
前記移動部材に取り付けられて前記軌道部材に対する当該移動部材の相対的な振動変位を検出する振動センサと、
前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の移動速度を検出する手段と、
検出された前記移動部材の振動変位及び移動速度に基づいて前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の走行状態の正常又は異常を示す判定信号を生成する制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする転がり案内装置の状態診断システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記移動部材の移動速度に基づいて当該移動部材の走行状態の良否の判断基準となる閾値を決定することを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断システム。
- 前記閾値は前記移動部材の移動速度と比例関係にあることを特徴とする請求項7記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断システム。
- 前記移動部材の移動速度を検出する手段は当該移動部材に取り付けられて前記無限循環路内を移動する転動体を検出する近接センサであり、前記制御部は近接センサの検出信号に基づいて前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の移動速度を検出することを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断システム。
- 前記判定信号が前記移動部材の走行状態の異常を示している場合、前記制御部は転がり案内装置に設けられた潤滑剤供給装置に対して潤滑剤の供給を指示する信号を送出することを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり案内装置の状態診断システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記潤滑剤供給装置に対して潤滑剤の供給を指示する信号を送出した後、所定時間内に前記移動部材の走行状態の異常を示す判定信号が所定回数繰り返し生成された場合には、前記軌道部材及び前記移動部材の点検を促す警告信号を発報することを特徴とする請求項10記載の転がり案内装置の診断システム。
