Abstract
【解決手段】 アウターシェル10とロッドとを有する緩衝器本体を伸長方向へ附勢する懸架ばね2と、アウターシェル10の外周に設けた筒部33bを含むハウジング33と、アウターシェル10と筒部33bとの間に挿入されるピストン34とを有するジャッキ3と、アウターシェル10の外周に軸方向に移動自在に装着されて、懸架ばね2の一端を支持する環状の支持部21aと、支持部21aの反懸架ばね側に設けられて筒部33bの外周に摺接する筒状のライナー21bとを有し、ジャッキ3で駆動されるばね受21とを備え、ピストン34が筒部33bから最大限退出した状態で、ばね受21の嵌合長M1がピストン34のハウジング33に対する嵌合長M2よりも長くなるように設定される。

Claims (3)
- アウターシェルと、前記アウターシェル内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるロッドとを有する緩衝器本体と、
前記緩衝器本体を伸長方向へ附勢する懸架ばねと、
前記アウターシェルの外周に設けた筒部を含むハウジングと、前記アウターシェルと前記筒部との間に挿入されるピストンとを有するジャッキと、
前記アウターシェルの外周に軸方向に移動自在に装着されて、前記懸架ばねの一端を支持する環状の支持部と、前記支持部の反懸架ばね側に設けられて前記筒部の外周に摺接する筒状のライナーとを有し、前記ジャッキで駆動されるばね受とを備え、
前記支持部から前記ライナーまでの前記ばね受の嵌合長は、前記筒部から最大限退出した状態での前記ピストンの前記ハウジングに対する嵌合長よりも長くなるように設定されている
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記ライナーの内周に、前記筒部の外周に摺接するシールが設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ピストンと前記ばね受との間に介装される補助ばねと、
前記補助ばねと並列に設けられて、軸方向長さが前記補助ばねの密着高さよりも長いスペーサとを備え、
前記スペーサが前記ピストン又は前記ばね受に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝器。
