Description
Claims (3)
- 鞍乗型車両の車体と後輪との間に介装される緩衝器であって、
アウターシェルと、前記アウターシェル内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるロッドとを有する緩衝器本体と、
前記緩衝器本体を伸長方向へ附勢する懸架ばねと、
前記アウターシェルの外周に軸方向に移動自在に装着されて、前記懸架ばねの一端を支持するばね受と、
前記アウターシェルの外周に設けた筒部を含むハウジングと、前記アウターシェルと前記筒部との間に挿入されるピストンとを有し、前記ばね受を駆動するジャッキと、
前記ピストンに設けられる環状の永久磁石と、前記ハウジングの外周又は前記ハウジングとアウターシェルとの間に設けられて前記永久磁石の軸方向位置を検出するセンサ部とを有するストロークセンサと、
前記ばね受と前記ピストンとの間に介装される補助ばねとを備え、
1G状態又は乗車1G状態で前記補助ばねの圧縮が妨げられる
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記センサ部は、磁歪センサである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 1G状態又は乗車1G状態で前記補助ばねの圧縮を妨げるスペーサを備え、
前記スペーサは、筒状で、前記スペーサの内側に前記補助ばねが挿入されており、
前記スペーサの軸方向長さは、前記補助ばねの密着高さよりも長い
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝器。
