Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第一の実施の形態に係る緩衝器D1は、アウターチューブ10とインナーチューブ11とを有して構成されるテレスコピック型のチューブ部材1と、チューブ部材1内に収容されてアウターチューブ10とインナーチューブ11との間に介装される懸架ばね2及び緩衝器本体3と、緩衝器本体3の伸長時に接近するピストン31とロッドガイド33との間に設けられ、圧縮されるとこれらを離間させる方向へ附勢するばね部材4とを備える。
次に、本発明の第二の実施の形態に係る緩衝器D2について説明する。図6に示すように、本実施の形態に係る緩衝器D2では、第一の実施の形態のコイルばねからなる懸架ばね2をエアばね2Aに変更し、第一の実施の形態の伸切ばねとして機能するばね部材4をバランスばねとして機能するばね部材4Aに変更した点で異なる。
Claims (6)
- チューブと、前記チューブ内に軸方向へ移動可能に挿入される軸部材とを有する伸縮部材と、
前記軸部材の外周であって前記伸縮部材の伸長時に接近する二つの部材の間に設けられ、圧縮されると前記二つの部材を離間させる方向へ附勢するばね部材とを備え、
前記ばね部材は、第一ばねと、前記第一ばねに直列配置される第二ばねと、前記第一ばねと前記第二ばねが密着高さになるより前に前記第一ばねの収縮を規制する規制部とを有する
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記規制部は、前記第一ばねと前記第二ばねとで挟まれるばね受け部を有し、前記軸部材の外周に摺動自在に装着されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ばね部材は、前記チューブの内側に設けられ、
前記規制部は、前記ばね受け部に連結されて前記第一ばねと前記軸部材との間に配置されるガイドを有し、
前記ガイドは、前記第一ばねの反第二ばね側端が前記ガイドの反ばね受け部側端よりもばね受け部側へ移動するのを防止し、
前記ガイドと前記第一ばねとの間の隙間は、前記第一ばねと前記チューブとの間の隙間よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ばね部材は、最伸長時の衝撃を緩和する伸切ばねとして機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - エア室内の圧力で前記伸縮部材を伸長方向へ附勢するエアばねを備え、
前記ばね部材は、最伸長時における前記エアばねの弾性力を相殺する弾性力を発揮するバランスばねとして機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記伸縮部材は、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記ピストンに連結されて一端が前記シリンダ外へ突出するピストンロッドと、前記シリンダの一端部に設けられて前記ピストンロッドを摺動自在に軸支するロッドガイドとを有する緩衝器本体であり、
前記チューブは、前記シリンダであり、
前記軸部材は、前記ピストンロッドであり、
前記ばね部材は、前記ピストンロッドの外周であって、前記ピストンと前記ロッドガイドとの間に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
