Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第一の実施の形態に係るダンパD1は、例えば、荷物を運搬する台車、車いす、又はベビーカー等のキャスタCに利用されている。具体的には、キャスタCは、車体に固定されるブラケットBと、ブラケットBに揺動可能に支持されるリンクLと、リンクLの先端部に回転可能に支持される車輪Wとを備え、ブラケットBとリンクLとの間にダンパD1を介在させている。
図3に示す本発明の第二の実施の形態に係るダンパD2は、ダンパD1と同様に、例えば、荷物を運搬する台車、車いす、又はベビーカー等のキャスタに利用されている。
Claims (3)
- エラストマーで形成されて弾性を有する粒状体を収容する筒状の第一シリンダと、
前記第一シリンダ内に軸方向へ移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
前記ロッドに連結されて前記第一シリンダ内に配置されるとともに前記第一シリンダとの間に前記粒状体が通過可能な環状の隙間を形成する第一ピストンと、
前記ロッドと前記第一ピストンとを有して構成されて伸縮時に粒状体を利用して減衰力を発揮する減衰部と、
伸縮時に弾性力を発揮する弾性部とを備え、
前記減衰部と前記弾性部は、前記減衰力と前記弾性力が並列に発揮されるように連結されている
ことを特徴とするダンパ。 - 前記弾性部は、前記第一シリンダの外周に設けられ、前記第一シリンダと前記ロッドとの間に介装されるばねを有して構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ。 - 前記第一シリンダから軸方向に延びて、内部に前記ロッドが移動可能に挿入される第二シリンダと、
前記ロッドに連結されて前記第二シリンダ内に部屋を形成する第二ピストンとを備え、
前記弾性部は、前記部屋に封入される気体を有して構成される気体ばねと、前記部屋に収容される弾性を有する粒状体のうちの少なくとも一方を有して構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のダンパ。
