Claims (10)
- 少なくとも二種類の粉体が混合された混合粉体の混合度を測定する粉体混合度測定装置であって、
臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に粉体を充填する充填装置に前記混合粉体を排出する排出部と、
前記混合粉体を前記排出部に移動させる複数の移動部と、
前記移動部における前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサと
を具備する粉体混合度測定装置。 - 少なくとも二種類の粉体が混合された混合粉体の混合度を測定する粉体混合度測定装置であって、
臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に粉体を充填する充填装置に前記混合粉体を排出する排出部と、
前記混合粉体を前記排出部に移動させる複数の移動部と、
前記移動部に前記混合粉体を供給する供給部と、
前記供給部における前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサと
を具備する粉体混合度測定装置。 - 前記混合粉体の混合度が所定範囲外の場合に当該混合粉体を排除する粉体排除部を具備する請求項1又は2記載の粉体混合度測定装置。
- 前記粉体排除部が前記混合粉体のサンプリングを行うものである請求項3記載の粉体混合度測定装置。
- 臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に、少なくとも二種類の粉体が混合された混合粉体を充填する充填装置であって、
前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサを備える充填装置。 - 上下に貫通した臼孔を有するテーブル、上端部が臼孔に挿入されて摺動可能である下杵、及び下端部が臼孔に挿入されて摺動可能である上杵を具備する粉体圧縮成形機であって、

粉体を計量しながら供給する計量供給工程と、
前記計量供給工程により計量供給された少なくとも二種類の粉体を、略上下方向の軸を中心とする第一混合部材により混合する第一混合工程と、
前記第一混合工程を経由した前記粉体を、略水平方向の軸を中心とする第二混合部材により混合する第二混合工程と、

を具備する圧縮成形品を製造する方法。 - 前記測定工程後に、測定した粉体の混合度が所定範囲外の場合、当該粉体を排除する排除工程を具備する請求項9記載の圧縮成形品を製造する方法。
