Claims (3)
- 粉体をその吐出量を目標値に制御しながら供給する少なくとも二台の計量フィーダと、
前記計量フィーダの各々から供給される少なくとも二種類の粉体を混合して混合粉体を製造する混合装置と、
前記混合装置で製造した混合粉体を、粉体を圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に充填する充填装置と、
前記混合装置で製造した混合粉体の混合度を測定するためのセンサと、
前記センサを介して測定された混合粉体の混合度に応じて、前記計量フィーダによる少なくとも一方の粉体の供給量、又は前記混合装置において粉体を攪拌する混合部材の運動速度を調節する制御装置とを具備し、
前記制御装置は、前記センサを介して測定された混合粉体の混合度とその目標値との偏差の絶対値が所定の閾値を上回っている状態が一定時間以上続いている場合に、前記計量フィーダによる少なくとも一方の粉体の供給量を変化させる制御を実施するものである成形品製造システム。 - 粉体をその吐出量を目標値に制御しながら供給する少なくとも二台の計量フィーダと、
前記計量フィーダの各々から供給される少なくとも二種類の粉体を混合して混合粉体を製造する混合装置と、
前記混合装置で製造した混合粉体を、粉体を圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に充填する充填装置と、
前記混合装置で製造した混合粉体の混合度を測定するためのセンサと、
前記センサを介して測定された混合粉体の混合度に応じて、前記計量フィーダによる少なくとも一方の粉体の供給量、又は前記混合装置において粉体を攪拌する混合部材の運動速度を調節する制御装置とを具備し、
前記制御装置は、前記センサを介して測定された混合粉体の混合度とその目標値との偏差の絶対値が所定の閾値を上回っている状態が一定時間以上続いてはいないが、瞬時的に又は前記一定時間よりも短い間だけ偏差の絶対値が閾値を上回る場合に、前記混合装置において粉体を攪拌する混合部材の運動速度を変化させる制御を実施するものである成形品製造システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記計量フィーダによる少なくとも一方の粉体の供給量、又は前記混合装置において粉体を攪拌する混合部材の運動速度を調節するとともに、前記粉体圧縮成形機における臼孔を有した回転盤及び臼孔に充填された粉体を圧縮する杵の回転速度を調節する請求項1又は2記載の成形品製造システム。
