Abstract
【解決手段】マウント構造10では、スタックケース28を構成するローワーパネル76は、上プレート86、下プレート88及び中間部材90a、90bを備える。下プレート88には、ブラケット部材138の座面142を周回する開口部92が設けられる。中間部材90bには、開口部92を貫通して下プレート88の下方に突出するリブ100fを有する前方ボス部96fとリブ100bを有する一対の後方ボス部96bとが設けられる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する発電セルを備え、複数の前記発電セルが積層されてスタックケースに収納される燃料電池スタックを、車両側のブラケット部材にマウントするための燃料電池スタックの車載用マウント構造であって、
前記スタックケースの底板は、少なくとも上プレート、下プレート及び前記上プレートと前記下プレートとの間に介装され、且つ、これらよりも肉厚な中間部材を備え、
前記下プレートには、前記ブラケット部材の座面を周回する開口部が設けられるとともに、
前記中間部材には、前記開口部を貫通して前記下プレートの下方に突出するリブを有するボス部が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの車載用マウント構造。 - 請求項1記載の車載用マウント構造であって、前記ブラケット部材は、前記燃料電池スタックの車両前後方向後方に1カ所だけ設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの車載用マウント構造。
- 請求項1又は2記載の車載用マウント構造であって、前記燃料電池スタックの車幅方向一端部に燃料ガス系機器が配設されるとともに、
前記開口部は、前記下プレートに対して前記車幅方向一端部に近接する方向にオフセットしていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの車載用マウント構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用マウント構造であって、前記ボス部は、車両前後方向後方前方に1個で且つ前記車両前後方向後方に2個だけ配置されていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの車載用マウント構造。
