Claims (8)
- 導線と、
前記導線を保持した状態でモータ端子に固定される接続子と、を備え、
前記接続子は、モータ端子に接続される接続部と、モータ端子が設けられた部材に取り付けられる取付部と、を有し、
前記取付部は、前記導線を保持することを特徴とする給電部品。 - 前記取付部は、前記導線の一方の端部を保持しており、
前記導線は、前記取付部から前記接続部の側に向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給電部品。 - 前記接続子は、前記取付部と前記接続部とを連結する連結部を更に有し、
前記取付部は、前記連結部を挟んで、前記接続部を有する面と反対側の面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の給電部品。 - 前記接続子は、前記接続部の背面側に前記導線の動きを規制するガイド部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の給電部品。
- 前記導線は、可撓性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の給電部品。
- 中心に出力軸が固定されているロータと、前記ロータを収容するハウジングと、前記ロータに設けられているコミテータに摺動接触して電流を前記ロータの巻線に供給するブラシと、前記ブラシを保持し、前記ハウジングの開口部に装着されるブラシホルダと、前記ブラシへ外部から電力を供給する経路であって前記ブラシホルダの端面に設けられているモータ端子と、を有するモータ本体と、
前記モータ端子に接続される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の給電部品と、を備え、
前記ブラシホルダは、前記モータ端子が設けられている領域の近傍に凹部が形成されており、
前記給電部品は、前記接続部が前記モータ端子に接続された状態で、前記取付部が前記凹部に嵌るように構成されていることを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記凹部は、前記モータ端子を挟んで、前記ロータの出力軸と反対側の領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモータ。
- 前記取付部は、前記ブラシホルダの凹部に全体が埋設されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のモータ。
