Abstract
【解決手段】コネクタ側端子34の挿入方向に沿って、コネクタ側端子34を2分割して分割端子片34Bを構成し、この分割端子片34Bを基板側端子35の弾性端子片35Pに挿入して両者を電気的に接続する。これによれば、コネクタ側端子を2分割して分割端子片を構成したので、夫々の分割端子片の剛性を小さくでき、コネクタ側端子が基板側端子に対してこじられて接続されても、コネクタ側端子の分割端子片が基板側端子の形状に沿って変形しやすいので、基板側端子とコネクタ側端子の間での電気的な抵抗、或いは熱的な抵抗の増大変化を抑制することができるようになる。

Description
このプレスフィット型の端子は、上述した通り、平板状の金属端子材料の端部を互いに対向するように内側に向けて折り曲げ、この折り曲げ部分で弾性を備える構成となっている。そして、この基板側端子33折り曲げられた対向部に、各相のコネクタ側端子32を挿入するだけで、簡単に相互の接続を確保できるようになっている。同様に、電源コネクタのコネクタ側端子が接続される基板側端子35もプレスフィット型の端子で構成されている。
Claims (7)
- 回路基板に配置され、細長い平板状の金属端子材料の両端部を互いに対向するように内側に向けて折り曲げられ、更に互いに向き合う方向に弾性を与えるように折り曲げられた一対の弾性端子片を備えるプレスフィット型基板側端子と、
平板状に形成された端子であって、前記プレスフィット型基板側端子の一対の前記弾性端子片への挿入方向に沿って、少なくとも2分割された分割端子片が形成され、前記分割端子片が前記プレスフィット型基板側端子の一対の前記弾性端子片の間に挿入されている、前記プレスフィット型基板側端子から電力を出力する、或いは前記プレスフィット型基板側端子に電力を入力するコネクタ側端子と
を備えたことを特徴とする電気的接続端子組立体。 - 機械系制御要素を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータの出力軸とは反対側に配置され、前記電動モータを制御する電子制御装置と、
前記電子制御装置に設けられ、少なくとも前記電動モータを駆動する電力変換回路を備えた電力変換回路基板、及び前記電力変換回路を制御する制御回路を備えた制御回路基板と、
前記電力変換回路基板に配置され、細長い平板状の金属端子材料の両端部を互いに対向するように内側に向けて折り曲げられ、更に互いに向き合う方向に弾性を与えるように折り曲げられた一対の弾性端子片を備えるプレスフィット型基板側端子と、
平板状に形成された端子であって、前記プレスフィット型基板側端子の一対の前記弾性端子片への挿入方向に沿って、少なくとも2分割された分割端子片が形成され、前記分割端子片が前記プレスフィット型基板側端子の一対の前記弾性端子片の間に挿入されている、前記プレスフィット型基板側端子から電力を出力する、或いは前記プレスフィット型基板側端子に電力を入力するコネクタ側端子と
を備えたことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 機械系制御要素を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータの出力軸とは反対側に配置され、前記電動モータを制御する電子制御装置と、
前記電子制御装置に設けられ、少なくとも前記電動モータを駆動する電力変換回路を備えた電力変換回路基板、及び前記電力変換回路を制御する制御回路を備えた制御回路基板と、
電源コネクタのコネクタ側端子(電源)と、前記コネクタ側端子(電源)と接続される前記電力変換回路基板に設けられた基板側端子(電源)と、
前記電動モータの各相のコネクタ側端子(電力変換)と、前記コネクタ側端子(電力変換)と接続される前記電力変換回路基板に設けられた基板側端子(電力変換)と、
前記基板側端子(電源)と前記基板側端子(電力変換)の一方、或いは両方が、細長い平板状の金属端子材料の両端部を互いに対向するように内側に向けて折り曲げられ、互いに向き合う方向に弾性を与えるように折り曲げられた一対の弾性端子片を備える、プレスフィット型端子とされ、
前記コネクタ側端子(電源)と前記コネクタ側端子(電力変換)の一方、或いは両方が平板状端子として形成され、更に、前記平板状端子は、前記プレスフィット型端子の一対の前記弾性端子片への挿入方向に沿って、少なくとも2分割されて分割端子片が形成され、前記分割端子片が前記プレスフィット型端子の一対の前記弾性端子片の間に挿入されている
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記平板状端子は中央付近に切り欠きが形成されており、前記切り欠きは、前記平板状端子の挿入方向に沿って、前記平板状端子の先端側を突き抜けて形成されており、前記平板状端子の途中から先端側に向けて完全に分割されて、前記分割端子片が形成されていることを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記平板状端子に形成された前記切り欠きの幅WSと、前記切り欠きの両側にある、前記分割端子片の幅WCの関係は、WS<WCの関係を有している特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項5に記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記分割端子片の片面、或いは両面には1個以上の突起部が形成されていることを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電動駆動装置において、
分割された前記分割端子片に形成された前記突起部は、互いに反対方向に形成されていることを特徴とする電動駆動装置。
