Claims (6)
- 振動体の変位量に応じて慣性力を測定する慣性力検出装置において、
外部から入力される出力指示信号に同期して診断電圧を印加する慣性力検出装置。 - 前記診断電圧を印加する期間は、前記出力指示信号の周期に対して所定期間短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の慣性力検出装置。
- 前記出力指示信号の周期に応じて、前記診断電圧を印加する期間、前記診断電圧、診断閾値、フィルタ特性のうち少なくとも1つを変更することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の慣性力検出装置。
- 前記出力指示信号の周期が、正と負の診断電圧を印加するのに十分である場合、前記出力指示信号の一周期の間に正と負の診断電圧の双方を印加し、
前記前記出力指示信号の周期が、正と負の診断電圧を印加するのに十分でない場合、前記出力指示信号の一周期の間に正あるいは負の一方の診断電圧を印加し、次の一周期の間に、他方の診断電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の慣性力検出装置。 - 前記診断電圧を印加して検出された診断結果を出力信号の次の周期に同期して出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の慣性力検出装置。
- 前記診断電圧の印加による影響の有無を示す信号を加速度出力信号に同期して出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の慣性力測定装置。
