【解決手段】第1、第2クラッチ4,6は、例えば電磁アクチュエータによって動作される電磁クラッチであり、エンジン10のスタータモータ10aと同一の車載バッテリから電力の供給を受ける。エンジン停止中は駆動状態の切り替えを行わず、エンジン始動時にスタータモータ10aの動作を開始させてから所定の期間が経過(例えば始動が完了)して、バッテリ電圧が回復した後に駆動状態の切り替えを行う。

Description
本実施の形態において車両1には電子制御装置(ECU)100が搭載されており、エンジン10の運転制御を行う他に、前記のように第1、第2クラッチ4,6を動作させて、車両1の駆動状態の切り替え(上述した2WD状態および4WD状態の間での切り替え)を行うようになっている。詳細には示さないがECU100は、例えばCPU、RAM、ROM、入出力インターフェース等を備えたマイクロコンピュータとして構成されており、種々の制御プログラムを実行することによって、車両1の各種制御を実行する。
前記のように本実施の形態では、車速Vの低下に応じて車両1の駆動状態を2WD状態から4WD状態に切り替えるようにしているが、そのために第1、第2クラッチ4,6を動作させるときに、エンジン10を始動させようとすると、スタータモータ10aの動作に伴い車載バッテリの電圧(バッテリ電圧)が急激に低下することによって、第1、第2クラッチ4,6の動作が不安定になるおそれがあった。
本発明は、上述した実施の形態に限定されず、それ以外の種々の構成も包含するものである。例えば前記実施の形態では、エンジン10の始動完了まで駆動状態の切り替えを禁止するようにしているが、これに限らず、例えばバッテリ電圧が予め設定した値以上になって、第1、第2クラッチ4,6の動作に悪い影響を及ぼさないようになるまで、駆動状態の切り替えを禁止するようにしてもよい。また、スタータモータ10aの動作から予め設定した時間が経過するまで、駆動状態の切り替えを禁止するようにしてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 車両の走行中にエンジンを運転状態および停止状態のいずれかに切り替えるエンジン制御部と、車両の走行中に駆動系のクラッチを動作させて、二輪駆動状態および四輪駆動状態のいずれかに切り替える駆動制御部と、を備えた車両の制御装置であって、
前記クラッチは、電磁バルブからの油圧の供給により動作される油圧クラッチ、または電磁アクチュエータによって動作される電磁クラッチであり、
前記電磁バルブまたは電磁アクチュエータと、前記エンジンのスタータモータとには、同一の車載バッテリから電力が供給されるように構成されており、
前記駆動制御部は、前記エンジンの停止状態においては駆動状態の切り替えを行わず、エンジンの始動時に前記スタータモータの動作を開始させてから、これにより低下した前記車載バッテリの電圧が回復する所定の期間が経過した後に、駆動状態の切り替えを行うことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記所定の期間の経過は、エンジン回転数が予め設定した値以上になったことによって判定される、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記所定の期間の経過は、前記車載バッテリの電圧が予め設定した値以上になったことによって判定される、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記所定の期間の経過は、予め設定した時間の経過によって判定される、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジン制御部は、エンジンの運転中に前記駆動制御部による駆動状態の切り替えが行われるときには、エンジンの停止状態への切り替えを行わない、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記駆動制御部は、所定の車速以下になると四輪駆動状態に切り替えるものであり、
前記エンジン制御部は、所定のアクセル開度以上になるとエンジンを運転状態に切り替えるものである、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記駆動制御部は、車両の運転者のスイッチ操作に応じて駆動状態の切り替えを行うものであり、
前記エンジンの停止状態において前記スイッチ操作が行われたときには、前記駆動制御部が駆動状態の切り替えを行わないことを車両の運転者に報知する報知手段を備える、車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の車両の制御装置において、
車両は四輪駆動車両であり、その駆動系には前記クラッチとして、エンジンからプロペラシャフトへの駆動力を断接する第1クラッチと、そのプロペラシャフトから後輪側への駆動力を断接する第2クラッチとが配設され、
前記駆動制御部は、駆動状態の切り替えのために前記第1および第2クラッチを、その動作期間の少なくとも一部が重なるようにして動作させる、車両の制御装置。
