Abstract
【解決手段】車体を支持する台車の軸受を監視する鉄道車両の軸受監視装置であって、軸受温度のデータと、前記軸受の荷重及び回転速度のうち少なくとも一方のデータとを受信する受信器と、前記受信器で受信された軸受温度のデータから得られる温度値及び温度上昇率の少なくとも一方である監視値が可変閾値を超えた場合に、前記軸受に異常が発生したと判定する診断器と、を備え、前記診断器は、前記荷重及び前記回転速度のうち少なくとも一方のデータの値が減少したときに、前記可変閾値を下げる。

Claims (4)
- 車体を支持する台車の軸受を監視する鉄道車両の軸受監視装置であって、
軸受温度のデータと、前記軸受の荷重及び回転速度のうち少なくとも一方のデータとを受信する受信器と、
前記受信器で受信された軸受温度のデータから得られる温度値及び温度上昇率の少なくとも一方である監視値が可変閾値を超えた場合に、前記軸受に異常が発生したと判定する診断器と、を備え、
前記診断器は、前記荷重及び前記回転速度のうち少なくとも一方のデータの値が減少したときに、前記可変閾値を下げる、鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記可変閾値は、第1可変閾値と第2可変閾値とを含み、
前記診断器は、前記温度値が前記第1可変閾値を超えたとの第1条件、及び、前記温度上昇率が前記第2可変閾値を超えたとの第2条件の少なくとも一方の条件が成立した場合に、前記軸受に異常が発生したと判定する、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記診断器は、前記監視値が固定閾値を超えた場合にも、前記軸受に異常が発生したと判定し、
前記診断器は、前記監視値が前記可変閾値を超えた場合に軽度の異常と判定し、前記監視値が前記固定閾値を超えた場合に重度の異常と判定する、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記受信器は、雰囲気温度のデータを受信し、
前記診断器は、前記軸受温度から前記雰囲気温度を引いた値を前記温度値として算出する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。
