Claims (7)
- ガスバリア性を有する外被材と、
前記外被材の内部に設けられた芯材とを備え、前記外被材の内部が減圧密封された真空断熱材であって、
前記外被材の周縁がシールされて構成されたシール部と、
前記外被材の周縁に形成されたヒレ部と、
前記外被材の周縁が前記芯材に向けて折り返された際に発生する突出部が圧縮されて形成された圧縮部と
を備えた真空断熱材。 - 前記圧縮部は、前記真空断熱材のコーナ部に形成される
請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記圧縮部は、前記ヒレ部に形成された突出部が熱成型されることによって形成された
請求項1または請求項2に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記外被材は熱溶着層を有し、
前記圧縮部の前記熱溶着層が、前記圧縮部が形成される際の圧縮によって熱溶着されている
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記圧縮部の高さは、前記圧縮部が形成される前記コーナ部以外の、長手方向部分の折り曲げ部の頂点から、5mm以内の範囲の高さである
請求項2から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記外被材は、二枚の外被材シートの三辺を溶着して得られる三方袋により構成され、
前記三方袋に前記芯材が減圧密封されるとともに、
前記三方袋周縁の前記ヒレ部が折り曲げられて、前記コーナ部において、前記ヒレ部が二重以上に重なるように構成された
請求項2から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記コーナ部の側面と直交する平面部に折り重ねられた前記ヒレ部の高さが、前記平面部と実質的に同等の高さである
請求項2から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱材。
