Claims (20)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置され、第1層に配置されたソース及びドレイン電極を含む薄膜トランジスタと、
前記第1層に配置され、ソース電極と電気的に接続され、第1電源電圧が供給される第1電源配線と、
前記薄膜トランジスタ上に配置された第2層に配置され、第2電源電圧が供給される第2電源配線と、
前記第2電源配線と共に前記第2層に配置される補助配線と、
前記第2電源配線および前記補助配線上に配置され、前記ドレイン電極と電気的に接続されたアノード電極と、
前記アノード電極上に配置された有機層と、
前記有機層を覆って、前記第2電源配線と電気的に接続されたカソード電極と、
を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電源配線と前記補助配線が、電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電源配線と前記補助配線の間に配置された第1平坦化層をさらに備え、
前記補助配線が、前記第1電源配線を露出させる第1コンタクトホールを通じて前記第1電源配線と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記アノード電極を含む第3層に設けられた補助電極をさらに備え、
前記補助電極が、前記第2電源配線を、前記カソード電極に電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2電源配線と前記補助配線の間に配置された第2平坦化層をさらに備え、
前記補助電極が、前記第2電源配線を露出させる第2コンタクトホールを通じて前記第2電源配線に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記補助電極と前記アノード電極が、同じ物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2電源配線と前記補助配線が、互いに離隔した請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2電源配線の幅が、前記補助配線の幅と前記第1電源配線の幅よりも大きい請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助配線の幅が、前記第1電源配線の幅よりも大きい請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助配線と前記第2電源配線の間に設けられた接続配線をさらに備え、
前記接続配線が、前記ドレイン電極を前記アノード電極に電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記接続配線、前記補助配線、および前記第2電源配線が、同一の物質を含む請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタ、前記第1電源配線、前記第2電源配線、前記補助配線、前記アノード電極、及び前記有機層が、透過部に隣接するように配置された発光領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板と、
第1方向に沿って前記基板上に配置された複数のデータラインと、
発光領域において、前記基板上の第1層に第1方向に配置され、第1電圧が供給される第1電源配線と、
前記発光領域から前記第1層上の第2層に配置され、第2電圧が供給される第2電源配線と、
前記第2層の前記第2電源配線と共に配置され、前記第1電源配線に電気的に接続される補助配線と、
前記発光領域で前記基板上に配置された画素と、
前記基板上で前記画素に隣接するように配置された透過領域と、
を備え、
前記画素が、第1方向に沿って前記画素内に配置された複数のサブ画素を含み、
前記画素が、
前記発光領域内に配置され、前記第1層に配置されたソース電極とドレイン電極を含み、ソース電極が前記第1電源配線に電気的に接続された薄膜トランジスタと、
前記発光領域内に配置され、前記第2層の上に配置され、前記薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極と電気的に接続されるアノード電極と、
前記発光領域内で前記アノード電極上に配置される有機層と、
前記有機層を覆って前記第2電源配線に電気的に接続されるカソード電極と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記アノード電極が配置された第3層に配置される補助電極をさらに備え、
前記補助電極が、前記第2電源配線を、前記カソード電極に電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記補助電極と前記アノード電極が、同じ物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助電極上に配置された隔壁支持部と、
前記隔壁支持部上に配置され、前記カソード電極を前記透過領域に配置された隣接するカソード電極から分離する隔壁と、
をさらに備える請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2電源配線が、前記補助配線と離隔したことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助配線と前記第2電源配線の間に接続され、前記ドレイン電極を前記アノード電極に電気的に接続する接続配線をさらに備える請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記の接続配線、前記補助配線、及び前記第2電源配線が、同一の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電源配線、前記第2電源配線、及び前記補助配線が、前記発光領域で互いに平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
