Claims (17)
- 複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池の前面に位置する前面透明基板と、
前記複数の太陽電池の後面に位置する後面透明基板と、
前記前面透明基板と前記複数の太陽電池との間に位置する前面保護部と、
前記後面透明基板と前記複数の太陽電池との間に位置する後面保護部と、
を含み、
前記後面透明基板は反射防止膜を含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記後面透明基板は前記複数の太陽電池と重畳する部分である第1領域及び前記第1領域を除外した残りの部分の第2領域を含み、
前記反射防止膜は前記第1領域に選択的に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記反射防止膜は、シリコン酸化物(SiOx)、アルミニウム酸化物(AlOx)、及び亜鉛酸化物(ZnOx)のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記後面透明基板は、
基材層と、
前記基材層の第1面の全体面に形成される第1シート層と、
前記基材層の前記第1面と反対面である第2面の全体面に形成される第2シート層と、
前記基材層、前記第1及び第2シート層のうち、少なくとも1つの一面に形成される前記反射防止膜を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記基材層はポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephtalate:PET)及びポリアミド(polyamide)のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1シート層は、フルオロポリマー(Fluoro polymer:FP)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA:ethylene vinyl acetate)、ポリプロピレン(polypropylene:PP)、及びポリエチレン(Poly Ethylene:PE)のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2シート層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephtalate:PET)、フッ化ビニル系樹脂(polyvinyl fluoride:PVF)、フッ化ビニリデン系樹脂(poly vinylidene fluoride:PVDF)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene:ETFE)、及びポリアミド(polyamide)のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記第2シート層で前記基材層と反対になる面に形成される、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記第1シート層と前記基材層との間に形成される、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記基材層及び前記第2シート層の間に形成される、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜が前記第1シート層と前記後面保護部との間に位置する、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜は、第1反射防止膜及び前記第1反射防止膜と隣接して位置する第2反射防止膜を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜は、第1反射防止膜及び前記第1反射防止膜と離隔して位置する第2反射防止膜を含む、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜の厚さが前記後面透明基板の他の層の厚さより小さい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射防止膜の厚さは80〜150nmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1シート層及び前記第2シート層の厚さは互いに相異しており、
前記第2シート層の厚さが前記第1シート層の厚さより小さい、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1シート層の厚さは最大250μmであり、前記第2シート層の厚さは最大60μmである、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
