Claims (15)
- 搬送方向(5)に流れるバルク材料(2)を案内するための供給管(12)と、
前記バルク材料(2)内の金属粒子(13)を検出するための誘導コイル(14)と、
検出された金属粒子(13)を前記バルク材料(2)から除去するための除去装置(17)と、
前記除去装置(17)を作動させるための制御装置(37)とを備えるバルク材料をスクリューマシンに供給する供給装置において、
前記除去装置(17)は前記バルク材料(2)のための多数の貫通開口(21)を有する移動可能なスクリーンエレメント(19)を有することを特徴とするバルク材料をスクリューマシンに供給する供給装置。 - 前記スクリーンエレメント(19)は作動駆動装置(20)によって移動可能であり、特に前記搬送方向(5)に対して横方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給装置。
- 前記貫通開口(21)は夫々多角形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の供給装置。
- 前記貫通開口(21)は各々1mm≦D≦12mm、特に2mm≦D≦8mm、特に3mm≦D≦7mm、特に4mm≦D≦6mmの最小断面寸法Dを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記スクリーンエレメント(19)は上流側で境界壁(24)によって横方向に囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記スクリーンエレメント(19)は前記供給管(12)の断面形状(QZ)をカバーする断面形状(QS)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記スクリーンエレメント(19)は磁化されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記制御装置(37)は、予め規定される最小粒径を有する金属粒子(13)が前記誘導コイル(14)によって検出されるとき、前記スクリーンエレメント(19)を移動させるための作動信号(SB1)が生成されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記制御装置(37)は、金属粒子(13)が検出されるとき、前記スクリーンエレメント(19)を前記バルク材料(2)内に移動させるための第1の作動信号(SB1)が生成され、予め規定される期間後に、前記スクリーンエレメント(19)を前記バルク材料(2)の外側に移動させるための第2の作動信号(SB2)が生成されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- 前記除去装置(17)は前記スクリーンエレメント(19)が移動可能なハウジング(18)を有し、
前記ハウジング(18)は特に前記スクリーンエレメント(19)に在置する金属粒子(13)を目視するための目視窓(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9何れか1項記載の供給装置。 - 前記ハウジング(18)は前記スクリーンエレメント(19)上に在置する金属粒子(13)を除去するための開口(31)を有し、
前記開口(31)は、特に気密状態でカバーエレメント(29)によって閉成可能であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の供給装置。 - 前記除去装置(17)は前記カバーエレメント(29)の開成状態を検出するための検出エレメント(32)を有し、
前記制御装置(37)は特に、前記カバーエレメント(29)の開成状態において、前記スクリーンエレメント(19)の移動が停止されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の供給装置。 - 不活性ガス供給管(34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項12何れか1項記載の供給装置。
- スクリューマシン(3)と、
前記スクリューマシン(3)に接続され、請求項1乃至請求項13何れか1項記載の供給装置(4)とを備えることを特徴とするバルク材料を処理するための処理プラント。 - 供給管(12)によって流れるバルク材料(2)を案内すること、
誘導コイル(14)によって前記バルク材料(2)に在置する金属粒子(13)を検出すること、
スクリーンエレメント(19)によって前記バルク材料(2)から検出された金属粒子(13)を除去し、当該除去中に、前記バルク材料(2)は前記スクリーンエレメント(19)に形成される多数の貫通開口(21)を通過して前記スクリューマシン(3)に供給されることを特徴とするバルク材料をスクリューマシンに供給する供給方法。
