Claims (10)
- 第1ベース基板、前記第1ベース基板上に配置される薄膜トランジスタ、前記第1ベース基板上に配置されるカラーフィルタ、前記薄膜トランジスタ及び前記カラーフィルタ上に配置される第1配向層を含む第1基板と、
前記第1基板と対向する第2ベース基板、前記第2ベース基板の前記第1ベース基板と対向する第1面上に配置される第2配向層、前記第2ベース基板の前記第1面と対向する第2面上においてタッチ認識が可能なアクティブ領域内に配置されるタッチ電極、前記第2面上において前記アクティブ領域の縁に隣接する周辺領域内に配置される連結電極、及び前記第2面上に配置され、前記タッチ電極と前記連結電極とを連結する連結ラインを含む第2基板と、
前記第1及び第2基板の間に配置される液晶層と、

前記タッチ電極は複数の第1タッチ電極及び複数の第2タッチ電極を含み、前記第1タッチ電極は前記ブリッジ電極を通じて隣り合う第1タッチ電極と電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記タッチ電極及び前記連結ラインは同一な層から形成され、
前記タッチ電極及び前記連結ラインは透明導電物質を含み、500から3000Åの厚さを有し、
前記タッチ電極及び前記連結ラインは、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)、モリブデン(Mo)、白金(Pt)、パラジウム(Pd)、ネオジム(Nd)、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む5um以下の幅を有する微細線により形成されるメッシュ構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記第2基板は前記第2配向層と前記第2ベース基板との間に配置される第2電極をさらに含み、前記第2ベース基板は前記第2電極と直接接触し、前記第2電極は前記第2配向層と直接接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 第1ベース基板、前記第1ベース基板上に配置される薄膜トランジスタ、前記第1ベース基板上に配置されるカラーフィルタ、及び前記薄膜トランジスタ及び前記カラーフィルタ上に配置される第1配向層を含む第1基板を用意するステップと、
第1面及び前記第1面と対向する第2面を含む第2ベース基板の前記第2面上に150度(℃)以上の高温工程により透明導電層を形成するステップと、
前記透明導電層をパターニングしてタッチ電極を形成するステップと、
前記タッチ電極が形成された前記第2ベース基板の前記第1面上に第2配向層を形成して、前記第2ベース基板、前記タッチ電極、及び前記第2配向層を含む第2基板を用意するステップと、
前記第1基板の前記第1配向層及び前記第2基板の前記第2配向層を対向するように配置させた後、前記第1配向層及び前記第2配向層の間に液晶層を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記透明導電層を形成するステップにおいて、
前記透明導電層はインジウムすず酸化物(ITO)を含み、前記透明導電層は150度(℃)以上で高温処理して前記インジウムすず酸化物を結晶化させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記透明導電層の厚さは500から3000Åであることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。
- 前記第2ベース基板の前記第2面上にブリッジ電極を形成するステップと、
前記ブリッジ電極と重畳し、前記ブリッジ電極の一部を露出させる絶縁パターンを形成するステップと、をさらに含み、
前記透明導電層を形成するステップは、
前記ブリッジ電極及び前記絶縁パターンが形成された前記第2ベース基板上に前記透明導電層を形成し、
前記タッチ電極を形成するステップは、
前記透明導電層をパターニングして前記ブリッジ電極と電気的に連結される第1タッチ電極、及び前記第1タッチ電極と離隔する第2タッチ電極を形成することを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。
