- A1203成分を70質量%以上、炭化珪素であるSiC成分を5〜15質量%含み、バインダーとして用いるリン酸アルミニウムに含まれるP205成分がれんが成分中の0.5〜4質量%となることを特徴とし、且つ、鱗状黒鉛や無定形黒鉛、ピッチといったカーボン系原料を使用しない不焼成炭化珪素含有ハイアルミナ質れんが。
