Claims (6)
- エンジン本体にボルトにて締結される樹脂製ボディと、
前記ボディに取り付けられる電気部品と、
前記電気部品を前記エンジン本体にアースすべく前記電気部品を前記ボルトに電気的に接続する導電部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のアース構造。 - 前記電気部品が、前記ボディに形成された油路の油圧を検出する油圧スイッチである請求項1に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
- 前記電気部品は、前記ボディに取り付けられたときに前記ボディと間隔を隔てて対向する導電面部を有し、
前記導電部材は、前記ボディと前記導電面部の間に圧縮状態で設けられるバネ部を備える請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。 - 前記バネ部は、一方向に延びる金属板の一端部を折り返して形成される請求項3に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
- 前記ボディはナット部を有し、前記電気部品は、前記ナット部に締結されるネジ部を有し、前記バネ部は、前記ネジ部を挟むような二股状に形成される請求項3又は4に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
- 前記導電部材は、前記ボルトで前記ボディに合わせ止めされる被締結部を備える請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
