Claims (5)
- 被覆用樹脂を含む被覆剤で電極活物質の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆した被覆活物質と電解液とを含む電極組成物を有する電池から再生電極活物質を製造する方法であって、
電池から前記電極組成物を取り出す取り出し工程と、
電池から取り出した電極組成物に含まれる被覆活物質から前記被覆用樹脂を除去する除去工程とを含むことを特徴とする再生電極活物質の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生電極活物質の製造方法であって、
前記電極組成物は、前記被覆活物質が相互に結着しない状態の非結着体である再生電極活物質の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の再生電極活物質の製造方法であって、
前記除去工程においては、前記被覆活物質が有する前記被覆用樹脂を溶剤に溶解又は分散する再生電極活物質の製造方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の再生電極活物質の製造方法であって、
前記電極組成物から電解液を除去する工程をさらに含む再生電極活物質の製造方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の再生電極活物質の製造方法によって得られた再生電極活物質を得る工程と、
前記得られた再生電極活物質を用いてリチウムイオン電池を製造する工程と、
を含むリチウムイオン電池の製造方法。
