Abstract
Description
‐クロム:10<Cr<21%;
‐マンガン:10<Mn<20%;
‐モリブデン:0<Mo<2.5%;
‐銅:0.5≦Cu<4%;
‐炭素:0.15<C<1%;
‐窒素:0<N≦1%;
‐ニッケル:0≦Ni<0.5%
を含む、ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼に関する。このニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼は、この鋼が質量パーセントで15≦Mn<20%のマンガンを含む場合に、0.25<C<1%の炭素を含み、残部は鉄と、溶融物からのいずれの不純物とで形成される。

Claims (11)
- 質量パーセントで:
‐クロム:10<Cr<21%;
‐マンガン:10<Mn<20%;
‐モリブデン:0<Mo<2.5%;
‐銅:0.5≦Cu<4%;
‐炭素:0.15<C<1%;
‐窒素:0<N≦1%;及び
‐ニッケル:0≦Ni<0.5%
を含む、ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼であって、
前記ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼は、前記鋼が質量パーセントで15≦Mn<20%のマンガンを含む場合に、0.25<C<1%の炭素を含み、
残部は鉄と、溶融物からのいずれの不純物とで形成される、ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。 - 前記鋼は、質量パーセントで:
‐クロム:15<Cr<21%;
‐マンガン:10<Mn<20%;
‐モリブデン:0<Mo<2.5%;
‐銅:0.5≦Cu<4%;
‐炭素:0.15%<C<1%;
‐窒素:0<N≦1%;
‐ケイ素:0≦Si<2%;
‐ニッケル:0≦Ni<0.5%;
‐タングステン:0≦W<4%;
‐アルミニウム:0≦Al<3%;及び
鉄と、溶融物からのいずれの不純物とで形成される残部
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。 - 質量パーセントで表される前記ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼の組成は、式Fe‐17Cr‐11Mn‐2Mo‐1Cu‐0.25C‐0.4Nで与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 質量パーセントで表される前記ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼の組成は、式Fe‐17Cr‐12Mn‐2Mo‐2Cu‐0.33C‐0.4Nで与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 質量パーセントで表される前記ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼の組成は、式Fe‐17Cr‐14.5Mn‐2Mo‐2Cu‐0.22C‐0.35Nで与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 質量パーセントで表される前記ニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼の組成は、式Fe‐17Cr‐17Mn‐2Mo‐1Cu‐0.3C‐0.5Nで与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 前記鋼鉄は、質量パーセントで0.5≦Cu<4%の銅を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 前記鋼鉄は、質量パーセントで0.2≦C<1%の炭素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 前記鋼鉄は、質量パーセントで1≦Mo≦2%のモリブデンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 前記鋼鉄は、それぞれ最高1質量%の濃度で存在してよいS、Pb、B、Bi、P、Te、Se、Nb、V、Ti、Zr、Hf、Ce、Ca、Co、Mgからの少なくとも1つの元素を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のニッケル非含有オーステナイトステンレス鋼で作製された、時計又は宝飾品。
