Description
この特許出願では、米国特許法119条(e)項の下で、2017年3月20日出願の米国特許出願第62/473,575号、発明の名称「STEEL COMPOSITIONS AND SOLUTION NITRIDING OF STAINLESS STEEL THEREOF」の利益を主張する。なおこの文献は、本明細書において参照として全体を取り入れている。
本開示は、合金組成物とステンレス鋼の固溶窒化を含む方法とを対象にしている。

Claims (9)
- 窒化された表面を有するFe系鋳造合金であって、前記窒化された表面がFCC相であり、前記FCC相は、
21~25.5重量%のCrと、
0.8~2.0重量%のNiと、
0.8重量%~1.5重量%のNと、
0.7重量%以下のMnと、
0.6重量%以下のSiと、
0~0.5重量%のMoと、を含み、
残部はFe及び微量元素であり、微量元素はそれぞれ0.1重量%以下の量であり、前記微量元素は随伴不純物である、Fe系鋳造合金。 - 前記FCC相は0.5重量%以下のCuを含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記FCC相は、
0.04重量%以下のPと、
0.01重量%以下のSと、
0.010重量%以下のAlと、
0.15重量%以下のVと、
0.0050重量%以下のCaと、
0.01重量%以下のOと、
0.1重量%以下のTiと、
0.5重量%以下のNbと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の合金。 - 前記合金は硬度が少なくとも300Hvである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は硬度の標準偏差が10Hv以下である、請求項4に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は孔食電位が少なくとも1000mVsceである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は再結晶粒の平均結晶粒径が20μm~100μmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記再結晶粒の粒径は標準偏差が5μm~30μmである、請求項7に記載の合金。
- 窒化された表面を有する鋳造合金であって、前記窒化された表面がFCC相であり、前記FCC相は、
21~25.5重量%のCrと、
0.5~2.0重量%のNiと、
0.8重量%~1.5重量%のNと、
0.7重量%以下のMnと、
0.6重量%以下のSiと、
0~0.5重量%のMoと、
0.04重量%以下のPと、
0.01重量%以下のSと、
0.010重量%以下のAlと、
0.15重量%以下のVと、
0.0050重量%以下のCaと、
0.01重量%以下のOと、
0.1重量%以下のTiと、
0.5重量%以下のNbと、
0.1重量%以下の微量元素と、を含み、
残部はFe及び微量元素であり、微量元素はそれぞれ0.1重量%以下の量であり、前記微量元素は随伴不純物である、鋳造合金。
