Claims (13)
- 端部と、
前記端部から延びる2つの離間したアーム部分と、
を備えるステータコアであって、
前記アーム部分の各々は、前記端部に連結された連結アームと、前記連結アームの末端に形成された極爪とを備え、2つの前記極爪はロータを収容するための収容空間を定め、前記極爪の各々は、極面を有しかつ長い極先端及び短い極先端を形成し、前記極爪の各々の前記長い極先端は、他方の前記極爪の前記短い極先端に対応してそれらの間にスロット開口部を形成し、前記極面は、内向きにくみ形成されて少なくとも1つの起動溝を形成する、ステータコア。 - 前記起動溝は、前記極爪の中心線に位置する、請求項1に記載のステータコア。
- 前記起動溝は、前記極爪の前記中心線に関して対称であり、深さが円周方向両側から中央部に向かって漸増する、請求項2に記載のステータコア。
- 前記長い極先端及び前記短い極先端の各々は、前記極爪の前記中心線に関して所定の角度で傾斜した端面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のステータコア。
- 同一の前記極爪の前記長い極先端の前記端面及び前記短い極先端の前記端面は、同じ平面に位置する、請求項4に記載のステータコア。
- 前記2つの極爪の前記端面の各々は、互いに平行である、請求項5に記載のステータコア。
- 前記連結アームから延びる前記長い極先端の長さは、前記連結アームの間の間隔の幅の半分よりも大きい、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のステータコア。
- 前記端部及び前記アーム部分の各々は、複数の積層体を積み重ねることによって形成され、相互に機械的に連結され、前記アーム部分及び前記端部の一方は係止溝を形成し、前記アーム部分及び前記端部の他方は係止ブロックを形成し、前記係止ブロックの各々は、1つの対応する前記係止溝に係合して前記アーム部分と前記端部とを連結するようになっている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のテータコア。
- 端部と、
前記端部から延びる2つの離間したアーム部分と、
を備えるステータコアであって、
前記アーム部分の各々は、前記端部に連結された連結アームと、前記連結アームの末端に形成された極爪とを備え、前記極爪の各々は極面を形成し、前記2つの極爪は離間して2つのスロット開口部を形成し、前記2つのスロット開口部を結ぶ線分は、前記2つの極面の中央部を結ぶ線分に対して傾斜し、前記極面は、前記スロット開口部よりも前記極爪の中心線の近くに位置する起動溝を有する、ステータコア。 - 前記起動溝は、前記極爪の中心線に位置する、請求項9に記載のステータコア。
- 前記スロット開口部は、幅が軸方向に沿って実質的に均一である、請求項9又は10に記載のステータコア。
- 前記極爪の円周方向両端の各々は、極先端を形成し、前記2つの極爪の対向する極先端の端面は、それらの間に1つの前記スロット開口部を定め、前記端面は、前記2つの極爪の中央線に対して傾斜する、請求項10に記載のステータコア。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のステータコアと、
前記ステータコアのアーム部分の周りに巻き付けられた巻線と、
前記ステータコアの中に回転可能に配置された永久磁石ロータと、
を備える単相永久磁石モータであって、
前記極面及び前記ロータは、それらの間に空隙を形成する、単相永久磁石モータ。
