Abstract
Description
図1(a),(b)に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態に係る触媒固定装置1は、触媒担体2が接続される設置枠3を有する台4と、触媒担体2と設置枠3との接続部を囲繞するシール材5と、シール材5を触媒担体2方向に付勢するクランプ6〜9と、触媒成分を含む液体(スラリ)を触媒担体2のチャンネルに導入する触媒供給部10と、を有する。
本発明の第2実施形態に係る触媒固定装置は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る触媒固定装置1において、各クランプ6〜9を押圧するシリンダを設けたものである。よって、第1実施形態に係る触媒固定装置1と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し、異なる箇所について詳細に説明する。

Claims (3)
- 複数のチャンネルが形成された触媒担体が接続され、当該触媒担体のチャンネル内に触媒成分を含有する液体を導入する担体接続部と、
前記担体接続部と当該担体接続部に接続された触媒担体との接続部に設けられるシール材と、
前記シール材を前記触媒担体方向に圧接する圧接手段と、
を有し、
前記シール材は、発泡材料である
ことを特徴とする触媒固定装置。 - 前記シール材は、前記圧接手段により70%以上圧縮可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒固定装置。 - 複数のチャンネルを有する触媒担体と、当該触媒担体のチャンネル内に触媒成分を含有する液体を導入する担体接続部と、を接続する工程と、
前記担体接続部と前記触媒担体との接続部に設けられたシール材を、前記触媒担体方向に圧接する工程と、
前記触媒成分を含有する液体を前記触媒担体のチャンネル内に導入する工程と、を含む
ことを特徴とする触媒固定方法。
