Abstract
Description
カムリングを第1の揺動方向に付勢するように、ハウジングの内周面とカムリングの外周面との間に画成された第1圧力制御チャンバと、
カムリングを第2の揺動方向に付勢するように、第1圧力制御チャンバと対向してハウジングの内周面とカムリングの外周面との間に画成され、第1圧力制御チャンバよりも受圧面積が相対的に小さい第2圧力制御チャンバと、
第2の揺動方向にカムリングを付勢するスプリングと、
所定の油圧で開弁して第1圧力制御チャンバに制御油圧を導入する油圧供給弁と、
ハウジングまたはカムリングに設けられ、第1圧力制御チャンバと第2圧力制御チャンバとを連通した連通路と、
第2圧力制御チャンバと低圧側との間を連通するように設けられるとともに、カムリングの揺動位置に応じて開閉され、カムリングが初期位置から第1の揺動方向に所定量揺動したときに閉じられるリリーフ回路と、
を備える。
カムリングの内周面に回転可能に嵌合する円筒状のアウタロータと、
アウタロータの内周側に配置されアウタロータに対し偏心した位置で駆動軸と一体に回転するインナロータと、
インナロータからアウタロータへ回転力を伝達するようにインナロータとアウタロータとを連結するとともに、アウタロータとインナロータとの間に画成された空間を複数のチャンバに区画する、複数の連結プレートと、
から構成される。

Claims (4)
- ハウジング内に揺動可能に配置された円環状のカムリングに、駆動軸により回転駆動されるポンプユニットが収容され、上記カムリングの揺動位置に応じて上記ポンプユニットの容量が変化する可変容量ポンプにおいて、
上記カムリングを第1の揺動方向に付勢するように、上記ハウジングの内周面と上記カムリングの外周面との間に画成された第1圧力制御チャンバと、
上記カムリングを第2の揺動方向に付勢するように、上記第1圧力制御チャンバと対向して上記ハウジングの内周面と上記カムリングの外周面との間に画成され、上記第1圧力制御チャンバよりも受圧面積が相対的に小さい第2圧力制御チャンバと、
上記第2の揺動方向に上記カムリングを付勢するスプリングと、
所定の油圧で開弁して上記第1圧力制御チャンバに制御油圧を導入する油圧供給弁と、
上記ハウジングまたは上記カムリングに設けられ、上記第1圧力制御チャンバと上記第2圧力制御チャンバとを連通した連通路と、
上記第2圧力制御チャンバと低圧側との間を連通するように設けられるとともに、上記カムリングの揺動位置に応じて開閉され、上記カムリングが初期位置から上記第1の揺動方向に所定量揺動したときに閉じられるリリーフ回路と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする可変容量ポンプ。 - 上記ポンプユニットは、
上記カムリングの内周面に回転可能に嵌合する円筒状のアウタロータと、
上記アウタロータの内周側に配置され上記アウタロータに対し偏心した位置で上記駆動軸と一体に回転するインナロータと、
上記インナロータから上記アウタロータへ回転力を伝達するように上記インナロータと上記アウタロータとを連結するとともに、上記アウタロータと上記インナロータとの間に画成された空間を複数のチャンバに区画する、複数の連結プレートと、
からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量ポンプ。 - 上記リリーフ回路は、上記カムリングの揺動中心に対する接線方向に沿って互いに重なり合うカムリング側凸部及びハウジング側凸部によって構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量ポンプ。
- 上記リリーフ回路は、上記ハウジングの軸方向に沿って貫通形成され、開口端が上記カムリングにより覆われる貫通孔によって構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量ポンプ。
