Claims (15)
- 舗装材料(M)の新しい道路舗装層(10)を生成するための舗装スクリード(9)と、前記新しく敷設された道路舗装層(10)の少なくとも1つの表面セクション(22)について、路面仕上げ機(4)の前記舗装スクリード(9)の背後に存在する少なくとも1つの温度イメージ(21)に関するサーモグラフィジオシグナルに基づいて動的圧縮指定フィールドを生成するために前記路面仕上げ機上に提供されたユニット(25)とを備える、路面仕上げ機(4)であって、
情報指示ユニット(26)が、前記新しく敷設された道路舗装層(10)を圧縮するために前記路面仕上げ機(4)の後に続く少なくとも1台の圧縮車両(5)のオペレータに、前記圧縮指定フィールドに基づいて、少なくとも1つの圧縮メッセージを少なくとも部分的に表示するために、前記路面仕上げ機(4)上に提供されることを特徴とする、
路面仕上げ機(4)。 - 最大及び/又は最小の圧縮温度を含む値指定が、前記圧縮指定フィールドを生成するために前記ユニット(25)内に置かれ、それによって前記ユニット(25)は、前記値指定と前記圧縮指定フィールドに関する前記サーモグラフィジオシグナルとの比較から、前記圧縮車両(5)が前記路面仕上げ機(4)の背後で維持するべき最小距離(33)及び/又は最大距離(32)を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記最小距離(33)及び/又は前記最大距離(32)が、メートル及び/又はフィート形式の圧縮メッセージとして前記情報指示ユニット(26)上に表示可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記情報指示ユニット(26)が、前記圧縮メッセージを少なくともセクション単位で前記舗装スクリード(9)の背後の前記新しい道路舗装層(10)上に投影するように形成された投影ユニット(34)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記投影ユニット(34)が、少なくとも1つのライン(35、36)及び/又は前記圧縮指定フィールドの再生成を、前記新しく敷設された道路舗装層(10)上に圧縮メッセージとして投影するように形成された少なくとも1つのレーザー(45)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記情報指示ユニット(26)が、少なくとも1つの巻き取り要素(41、42)を伴う巻き取りユニット(40)を備え、それによって前記巻き取りユニット(40)は、生成される圧縮指定フィールドの代わりに前記舗装スクリード(9)の背後又は隣で長さの変化するインジケータとして前記巻き取り要素(41、42)を引きずるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機が、前記後に続く圧縮車両までの距離(X)を記録するように、及び、前記記録された距離(X)と前記圧縮メッセージの生成のための前記圧縮指定フィールドとの比較を考慮するように形成された、測定ユニット(38)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記情報指示ユニット(26)が、視覚信号を圧縮メッセージとして送出するように構成された信号灯(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記圧縮指定フィールドが、前記舗装スクリード(9)の背後の異なる温度イメージに関していくつかの温度ゾーンに分割されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記情報指示ユニット(26)が、前記路面仕上げ機(4)のルーフ構造(15)上に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(4)が、前記路面仕上げ機(4)の前記舗装スクリード(9)の背後に存在する前記温度イメージ(21)に関して前記サーモグラフィジオシグナルを生成するためのサーモグラフィモジュール(19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記動的圧縮指定フィールドを生成するための前記ユニット(25)が、前記サーモグラフィモジュール(19)のハウジング(20)内に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記圧縮指定フィールドが、前記圧縮指定フィールド内の少なくとも1つの地点に、前記地点が最適な圧縮温度を有する有利な圧縮時点を割り当てる情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 路面仕上げ機(4)を用いて道路舗装層(10)を敷設するための方法であって、それによって少なくとも1つの圧縮メッセージが、前方で走行している前記路面仕上げ機(4)上に提供された情報指示ユニット(26)を用いて、前記路面仕上げ機(4)によって敷設された前記道路舗装層(10)を圧縮するために前記路面仕上げ機(4)の背後を走行する少なくとも1台の圧縮車両(5)のオペレータに表示される、方法。
- 前記圧縮メッセージが、前記敷設された道路舗装層(10)の少なくとも1つの表面セクション(22)について、前記路面仕上げ機(4)の舗装スクリード(9)の背後に存在する少なくとも1つの温度イメージ(21)に関してサーモグラフィジオシグナルを使用して生成された圧縮指定フィールドに基づいて表示されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
