Description
Claims (15)
- 路面仕上げ機(1)であって、下層土(5)上に舗装層(6)を敷設するためのスクリード(7)と、進行方向(F)で見て前記スクリード(6)の前方に位置する前記下層土(5)の少なくとも一領域(5a)の温度を検出できるように、前記路面仕上げ機(1)に固着され、前記下層土(5)に向けられた、少なくとも1つの温度センサ(15)と、を含んで構成される、路面仕上げ機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの温度センサ(15)は、前記下層土(5)の前記領域(5a)の温度を、非接触で検出できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記温度センサ(15)は、前記路面仕上げ機(1)に着脱可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記温度センサ(15)は、前記路面仕上げ機(1)のシャーシ(2)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記温度センサ(15)は、パイロメータ、赤外線センサ、NTC温度センサ、又は、PTC温度センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記温度センサ(15)は、前記路面仕上げ機(1)に移動可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(1)は、制御ユニット(17)を含んで構成され、前記温度センサ(15)は、前記下層土(5)の前記領域の前記検出温度を送信するために前記制御ユニット(17)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(1)は、位置データを受信し、これらを前記制御ユニット(17)に送信するように具現化される、アンテナ(19a)を備えた受信機(19)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記下層土(5)の前記領域の前記検出温度を前記位置データと合わせて地理参照付きとするように具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(1)は、前記下層土(5)の前記領域の前記地理参照付きの温度データを、少なくとも1つの外部ユニット(21)に、好ましくは、少なくとも1つの締固め車両(22)に、及び/又は、セントラルユニットに送信できる、少なくとも1つの無線インターフェース(35)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記下層土(5)の前記領域の前記検出温度を、オペレータに対し、前記路面仕上げ機(1)の表示ユニット(14)上に表示することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(1)は、前記下層土(5)の前記領域の前記検出温度が予め定められた最低温度に達し、及び/又は下回っていることをオペレータに表示するように具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 前記温度センサ(15)は、チューブ(24)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1つに記載の路面仕上げ機。
- 締固め車両(22)の転圧パターンを決定するための方法であって、路面仕上げ機(1)は、前記路面仕上げ機(1)がその上を移動している下層土(5)の温度の地理参照付きの測定データを後続の前記締固め車両(22)に送信し、前記締固め車両(22)を伴う先行の前記路面仕上げ機(1)が敷設する舗装層(6)を転圧するために、少なくとも前記測定データに基づいて前記締固め車両(22)の転圧パターンが決定される、方法。
- 前記路面仕上げ機(1)が、進行方向(F)で見て、前記スクリード(7)の前方に位置する前記下層土(5)の少なくとも一領域の温度の地理参照付きの測定データを、前記後続の締固め車両(22)に送信する、請求項14に記載の方法。
